I contacted three plumbing services on Sunday-requesting first AM service on Monday morning. one service NEVER returned my call. One service called about ten AM-said they MIGHT be able to be there some time in the afternoon. PLATINUM called me shortly after eight AM-said they could be to my home between nine and nine thirty.

Nine AM on the dot-Casey was ringing my door bell. He worked on my problem for about forty minutes-at that point he suggested three options(including prices for each). I chose the fix and about four hours later the job was finished. The bathroom he worked on was CLEANER than before he started!!! Four hours straight-NO breaks.. I and the boss (WIFE)-HIGHLY recommend this outfit !!! I believe their ratings on Yelp reflect the QUALITY of the service they provide. Bill&Diane Johannes

Asked Jim and Carl for a repipe quote and they came out. Gave me a very fair price with referral from my neighbor who did work with them previously. Scheduled and finished in about 6 hours. Even referred me to a patching contractor to close the areas opened up for piping. would do business with them again and referring to others. thanks Jim, Carl, Mario, and team

Found Platinum Plumbing through a neighbor and were they right. Got an immediate response from them and they arrived earlier than expected. The work was completed in a professional and timely manner. Great value for volume of work done will definitely recommend to others

The best and only plumbing service I would go to.
My water heater broke, called home warranty to have someone come look it over. The plumber came over 2 days later, for one hour, couldn't figure out what the problem was. Eventually he said he is not a water heater expert but he can request for water heater replacement with our home warranty. One week later, no word from him. This is around the time that the weather just turned cold, we had showers with mixing boiled water and cold water in a bucket.

Finally, I called platinum plumbing, they squeezed me in for next day consultation, found out what the issue was in 10 seconds. They were so knowledgeable that I decided to forget about my home warranty and have them help us.

The next day, brand new water heater in 2 hours. The messy old piping was cut out and replaced with clean neat new pipes. You get your money's worth if you go with platinum plumbing. True professionalism, and you know they are skilled when you see a hint of OCD in their work.

Platinum plumbing installed a new water softener system and whole house carbon filter about 6 months ago and we are very pleased with the system, its operation and most importantly the quality of the water. Jim really knew what was needed for our larger home and customer designed and sized the system so that we didn't experience any issues with water flow and pressure. The install and workmanship was excellent and professional. In addition to the new system they performed additional plumbing services to repair install mistakes by previous plumbers on our water heater and recirculating water pump, which fixed a long existing issue.

If you need plumbing services or a water softener system and whole house filter Jim really knows how to size and design these systems to match the needs of the home and use. Other plumbers quoted off the shelf retail units, didn't know the details of how the system would function and believe they would not have serviced the property properly. They may have been less expensive up front but were not the ideal system for functionality, low operating costs and longevity. We are very pleased with our purchase and system.

The whole experience with Jim and Platinum plumbing was excellent and I would highly recommend them as a plumber of choice and will certainly call on them in the future if necessary. Give them a shot I'm confident you will not be disappointed.

What a pleasure to have this team working at our house! We are 9 months into a major remodel, Platinum Plumbing was called it to completely reroute the shower, sinks and toilet plumbing in master bath and laundry room. We have had several subs over the 9-month period, Jim and his team are cream of the crop. Carlos was the lead on our project for Platinum. Above and beyond with complete professionalism is the best description I can use. Doing things outside their scope to get their part of the project done and never a complaint in the process. Always open to dumb homeowner questions and truly listens. Platinum is now absolutely my go to for plumbing! If you can get Carlos, you won't be disappointed!

Talk about a rip off. Carlos came out. I needed two bathroom faucets installed, had already bought them and was prepared. He told me what cheap junk they were right at the start. Actually they are of great quality as I do not buy junk. Oh, that was before he opened the box to even look at them. I had purchased a new sink strainer for the kitchen to be installed. I needed a toilet repair, he couldn't even figure out what brand of toilet it was, even though the name was visible and I had told him it was Kohler. He said I needed a new toilet, even though I did not. I wanted to have soap caps put on, which I had, and could have done myself, but have a bad back and did not want to bend down. Arrogant attitude, with an attitude that because I was a woman I don't know anything. For this job, he wanted $1450.00. Absolutely insane. Stay away from this place.

We had 2 leaks going on at the time at our home. 2 different shower/baths. Platinum was recommended to us by our electrician, Manos Electric. Platinum had someone out the next day (we Did not need same day service). They found and fixed both leaks. Ryan originally came out to determine the problem and the next day he brought Casey. They were a great team, very professional and polite. We do not like workers in our house normally, but they were actually very enjoyable and pleasant. Excellent job! Excellent service. We will definitely use them again.

We have been using Platinum Plumbing since we first moved to Yorba Linda.
Last week, we noticed leakage from a connection valve. We called at 7 am on 6/3 they responded within a couple hours. Upon arrival Ryan evaluated the situation and we needed a new water heater. We didn't realize the manufacture date on it was 2014. Wow time flies, the last one my husband and I installed. As we are elderly now we need professionals. Ryan responded the next day as prearranged. He was on time, he was friendly, and respectful of our home. No reason to do it ourselves when professionals can do it quickly, and to code. Thanks again Steve (who answered my first call) and to Ryan who came to our home we will definitely use them again.
