I can't recommend this company enough. I have been using them for years. They are reliable with pricing and knowledgeable about plumbing. But most important, they are honest. This Tuesday, Nick come over and diagnosed my plumbing problem. He gave me options and pricing up front. I had him back today to finish the job. I was so pleased! They are not the cheapest plumbing company out there but they are the most thorough and honest you will find. Thanks Platinum Plumbing...you guys are a class act!

My bathroom sink was clogged. The 1st plumber said that the clog was ""too deep"", he said he snaked 15 feet.
The 2nd plumber said that they needed to first see what the problem was with a camera ($200) and then they would fix it (at an additional fee).
Then I called Platinum. Wes knew what he was doing and fixed the clog quickly, honestly, reasonably.
Keep up the good work Platinum and thanks for providing good, honest, quick, and reasonable work.

I recently used platinum for a minor water heater problem. Quick response and service times. All service is a1 quality. I've have used them for years and both of my heaters were purchased and installed by them .
I will never use another company. Techs are highly qualified and a pleasure to work with. They're a five star plus service provider

STEER CLEAR-RIP OFF ALERT!
If you have a plumbing emergency stay clear of these guys!
They know you need help now and inflate prices.
I had a main leak and the guy dug a 1 foot trench in the grass and replaced a cracked PVC joint.
Then he stayed in his truck for two extra hours to ""make sure the glue was dry"".
Then told me to keep water off til next morning.
They charged me 550.00 for 2 hours work and two hours for sitting in the truck!
If you are desperate they will rip you off!
I have used dozens of plumbers in the past and these guys are the worst!!!!

Platinum was referred to us by our friends, and they lived up to their reputation of doing good work and being professional. We had a pretty bad clog and an old broken cast iron pipe that needed to be replaced. Our plumber was Nick. On time, every time, and very knowledgeable and professional.

Needed to turn off the water due to a problem with a hose Bibb. Someone working in our area had just finished a job and they rerouted him to our house. Within 20 minutes of the call our problem was fixed and water turned back on. Thank you Platinum!

Flooded Garage - Water Main Leak

We came home from an out-of-town family visit last night to a flooded garage. We had a leak which turned out to be a puncture in the 1"" copper water main running from the shutoff valve outside the house to the water heater in the garage. It was just the way the original builder used nail-in clamps to secure the water main in the garage ceiling and maybe some recent earthquake motion. Anyway, we called Platinum Plumbing Services on recommendations from 2 of our neighbors and Carlos Castaneda and his helper Silvestor had us back in business in an hour and a half from when they arrived this afternoon. They did good work, quickly for a fair price. We highly recommend Platinum Plumbing Services.

I want to share how AMAZING I think Platinum Plumbing is. Last week I found out that I had a slab leak. Carlos and Shane came to my house to diagnose my issue. They were ON TIME, clean cut, and very nice. They took extra time explaining everything to me step by step. They were not bothered by my questions, and had very knowledgeable answers. Carlos and Shane came back the next day with Albert and Sylvester to begin my repair. and again were ON TIME! The 4 guys made sure they kept my house as clean as possible, they even swept up before they left. I can't thank Platinum Plumbing enough. JOB WELL DONE GENTLEMEN!!!
