Super Impressed! I called at 8 am and had a plumber at my house by 1030. Steve and Wes were very accommodating. I had a bunch of little things that I didnt want to do. We started in the garage. Fixed that problem. Went to the kitchen sink. Fixed that problem. Went to the front shower. Fixed that problem. Went to the back bathroom and fixed that problem.

I told him over the phone that there were a few little problems but when they got here they were here to fix all my plumbing problems. I kept adding a little thing here and a little thing there. Frankly I felt like a total pain in the butt customer and both Steve and Wes were patient and professional and I felt like they really wanted to fix the problems. Not just put a band aid on something and run out to the next call.

I was charged what I would consider an absolute fair market price for all the work that they did. And I would recommend this company! 5 star all the way

I truly am grateful that these little things are now checked off my ""to do"" list.

Our plumber Scott was amazing! We had a leak in our shower valve and needed a quick fix while we make plans for a bathroom remodel. He was so professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely be calling soon to replace the valve and all our the plumbing needs.

So refreshing to work with such a high standard of excellence company. Our plumber Albert was professional, courteous and easy going. His communication skills were perfect! He explained what he was going to do and every step along the way. The quality of his work was superb and the work area was kept extremely clean at all times. He is definitely management material. I also found the staff in the office to be quite friendly and very effecient. Although I have used other quality plumbers, I highly recommend this plumber without exception!

I was referred to Platinum Plumbing by my music teacher. We had leaky, corroded shower and sink faucets with rust stains on the sink. A young man came out, corrected both situations and removed the rust stains. He truly wen above and beyond what was required.

A few months later, we had a kitchen pipe leak and someone from Platinum P came out and told me I needed a new garbage disposal. When I got the unit, they came in, replaced the unit and did a minor repair on my cabinet. Again, they did more that necessary.

I appreciate their professionalism, promptness and obvious skill. I would trust them with any plumbing issue and I would most definitely recommend them to family and friends or anyone else who had a plumbing issue.

After calling at least 7 other plumbers at 2am on a Wednesday who said they were 24/7 I got to Platinum Plumbers. They answered immediately and had the actual plumber (Scott) return my call within 5 minutes. He asked me to send him some pictures of my problem and called me back within another 5 minutes. Quoted me over the phone and gave me an ETA of arrival time. Then texted me to let me know he was on his way and arrived right when he said he would. Got right to work and finished the job in about an hour. Charged me exactly what he quoted and off he went. It was a great thing to see. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs emergency service or just a simple fix it job.

Long overdue review. I've used Platinum Plumbing services for a few years now back when I was managing my Family Business and now here at my residence. Since hiring Platinum Plumbing services, they have fixed a leaky sink, installed a clean out in my main sewer line and snaked it out when it was clogged and more recently, install a new sewer line to replace my sewer line from the 1950's that was giving problems. While installing new sewer line, it was discovered that my water main had a leak and needed to be replaced as that was very old as well. Platinum Plumbing installed my new sewer line and a week later installed a brand new copper water line to replace an old galvanized rusty line that was leaking. All this work was done in a timely manner, reasonable cost and within my preferred time schedule and dates. Each time I have requested Carlos and he is nice, answers my questions and concerns and is down to earth so a big Thank You to Carlos for always coming through. Carlos even suggested and I took his advice on buying the parts that were needed to save money, which is always great when you have big costly jobs that need to be done. And there is a 2 year warranty on all work which is great. I higly recommend you consider Platinum Plumbing when you need plumbing done, and if you do, ask for Carlos you wont be dissapointed.

i called platinum to get a phone quote to install a new shower faucet another company ive used in the past gave me a price on that i felt might be high and the fact they said i would need tile work after set me back.so when i call the person on the phone they where very helpful and polite he gave me a estimate so i asked to have a tech sent out .carlos castaneda can out very proffsional and did the job at a much more reasonable price and to my suprise no tile repair needed . thanks great servive mark h placetia

VERY IMPRESSED! I called around 7:30am to get my two toilets fixed and made an appointment for 330pm. I asked if Steve could get here early, but he couldn't make that promise.

Steve called at 11:30am and said he is on his way and he'll be here by 12! He got here and fixed both toilet flappers/valves because it was leaking.

I called 10 different places before Platinum and they had the BEST pricing. Other companies didn't call back or didn't even bother to answer.

I highly recommend Platinum Plumbing Services! Awesome service and price!!!!!
