Pete and Christopher from Platinum Plumbing recently completed a repair to my bathroom, replacing a toilet flange and fill valve. Initial contact with them was prompt, with an appointment made for the following day (my job wasn't an emergency). I received a confirmation call shortly before they arrived - on time. The repair was completed in a couple of hours and the work area was left very clean. The guys are very professional and polite, and pricing is reasonable. This was our second service from Platinum. We had a similar good experience a couple of years ago when our gas heating system needed to have an expansion tank and a couple of leaky valves replaced. It's great to have a quality, reliable, local family business to call on when needed.

Pete was quick to respond and set up an appointment. He did a great job on unclogging my drain and replacing some of my pipes at what I would consider a very affordable price. Not to mention that he and Christian left the place cleaner than when they came. And they were very nice guys on top of everything.

I called to have several valves replaced in my basement and a whole house water filtration system installed. Pete gave an honest quote and a very fair price. He walked through my full system with me, answered all of my questions patiently and showed up on time as scheduled. He did not try to upsell me unnecessary features on the water filter and helped me build a system that accomplished my exact needs. Not only would I recommend Pete here if you're in need of a plumber but have already shared his business card with several friends in my neighborhood.
