Top customer service, including ordering just the right decorative parts that I could not find myself (the parts you can see, because I would not know one valve from another valve.) Tech-savvy to let me know he was on the way (and on time!) and for billing. My bathtub/shower fixtures were over 16 years old and badly in need of replacing. I cannot WAIT to use it (gotta wait for the caulk to dry!). Used shoe booties and left everything nice and clean. Great sense of humor, too which is a plus in my book. Not only that, gave advice on how to maintain without eating up the pipes. Showed up with mask during this COVID time. Efficient, used quality materials, had all the parts he needed.
