I needed the ""fill valve"" replaced on two toilets. I called. They were very professional and could not promise me same day service (and they didn't), but required $150 prepayment. That should have been my clue.

They came to my house and they were nice, knowledgeable, and professional. They wanted to take pictures of all my plumbing so if I called for anything else - they would know what I needed. Not a problem for me. probably took an hour from the time they got to the house and they actually started replacing the fill valves. Before they started they presented me with several options of service and warranties - from $288 to $1000. So the cheapest I could replace the fill valves was $288/toilet. what a rip off. I had tried to do it myself and the only thing I couldn't do was loosen a nut underneath the bowl because I could not get a tool on it.
IT'S A 15-30 MINUTE JOB x 2 - COST ME OVER $500. I felt stuck after I had given them $150 prepayment. Anyway, I told them they were nice and professional, but there was no way I would ever use Platinum Plumbing again. Learned my lesson the hard way.

Overpriced to the extreme very unrealistic. 1.7K quote we ended up doing ourselves for about 200.00

So to start, they charge you $85 upfront for a ""diagnostic fee"". Kinda sucks, but it'll be deducted if you use their service... The techs arrived to my house around 3:30. I told them what was wrong and they had to go out to their truck to work up some options to fix it. To snake out a sink and bathtub drain, they wanted anywhere from $580-$2700 and NEVER did any diagnosing to figure out what was causing the problem. Because I needed it done ASAP, I went with the cheapest option. By now it's pushing 4pm and they start working on it. By 5pm I'm being told they can't fix it and I'll need to choose another option to fix the problem. Now the prices range anywhere from $2800-$8500. But they would refund me 1/2 of the nearly $600 I paid to have the drain lines cleared. I would think long and hard about calling them for anything. There are much more capable plumbers around that won't try and hit the lottery every time they go into a customer's home.

We had been in our house just under two months when I stepped into one of my master closets (situated inside the master bath) and water squished up between my toes. The closets have carpet in them and flank the soaker, jacuzzi tub. You guessed it! Leak from the tub was getting into my closets. A friend referred Greg and his team to me. I could not be happier with the outcome. The team always let us know when they would be arriving and were super respectful and courteous at all times. I feel like I have a whole new master bath...and it didn't break the bank! Highly recommend using them for all your needs! Thanks guys!
