Paul the owner was awesome! He fixed our shower fast and his work is amazing! We got a quote from another company the day before and that company was 3 times more expensive and the service guy was not friendly whatsoever! So we will only use Platinum plumbing now and ask for Paul!! Thank you for a great job and friendly service

I am very thankful to Platinum Plumbing . We hav had four projects done by them all superbly done . They're very reliable , real professionals, they explain things patiently . They changed our water heater valve ; did the change of our valve connection for our brand new washer and dryer ; installed three of my faucets and our pressure valve regulator. They sent somebody right away ! Same day ! When my kids' jack and jill sink had a leak . Platinum plumbing is our go-to plumbing experts . Thank you so much Platinum Plumbing :)

Drains backed up, flooded the bathrooms. Called Platinum and they were here as quick as they could get there. They were very courteous, listened to the issue and had the drains cleaned out within the hour. Amazing job, great price. Would never call any other plumber. Thanks!!!

Came out same day and earlier than expected. Heidi was so pleasant on the phone that my grandson commented she must be a good person. Paul came out, got to work and opened the drain. Great job and reasonably priced. This company is awesome.

Platinum Plumbing (Heidi, Kelly, Joshua and Jack the owner) have been absolutely AMAZING from beginning to end! We are new homeowners in Canyon Lake and previous owners(sellers) left us with a HUGE sewer/plumbing issue. Platinum hasn't gotten us through what could have been a big disaster! Thank you Platinum! Heidi and Kelly are GREAT to deal with, Joshua is a super hard and conscientious worker and Jack has been very helpful with my husband and our Real estate agent in helping to resolve this issue. 10 stars for Joshua Morris and Paul (didn't catch his last name...the plumbing techs) and Heidi and Kelly (the on call receptionists) for making my water heater install FAST, smooth, and within our budget. They accommodated my quick request and tailored a water heater for the space I had at my home. Josh and Paul did an excellent job assessing the problem areas, were clear/concise in defining what needed to be done, removed/installed the tank and associated tubing all the way to cleaning up and taking time to help me understand how the new water heater worked. Very professional, friendly, and experienced in my opinion. They made the job look easy (and I know it's tough!) great work Platinum Plumbing team!

If I could give no stars I would. He quoted us half the price he charged and kept complaining the whole time that we were making him late to go swimming at the pool. He didn't bring any supplies with him. Then after taking 6 hours he said he was finished when asked when he would come back to paint and finish he said I should go paint it myself. If you have to call a Plummer save yourself and call a professional.
