My 16 year old water heater broke and needed it replaced immediately. Platinum Plumbing was responsive and was able to schedule me an early appointment. Platinum Plumbing immediately started working upon arrival and completed the job in about 45 minutes. My water heater did not have a pan and Platinum Plumbing provided me with one. Platinum Plumbing have the best price in the market. Highly recommended and very reliable.

We had Platinum install a Navien tankless water heater in our home, spending more than $3,500 and immediately had a problem with getting hot water to any of our sinks/showers. The plumber returned one time to try and rectify the problem, only to be charged another few hundred dollars to install an external recirculation pump (which we didn't need due to the fact that the unit he sold us already has an internal pump installed) and we still cannot get this system to work. We have tried SEVERAL times to reach Platinum Plumbing and after a year now, are still waiting to get a return call on any of our several calls. I would definitely NOT recommend using this company!

Great initially. Came quickly to complete water heater job. Once first job was completed I tried to call again for other jobs and could not get a call back after voicemails were left. Inconsistent and unreliable in a pinch.

After dealing with my home warranty company for three weeks, and a different company that had said I had to pay them an extra $950 for modifications and code violations without even SEEING my water heater first, I cancelled my home warranty contract and found Platinum Plumbing. Paid Matt over $5,000 for a new water heater in July 2018. Still not working properly, carbon monoxide vent is venting inside attic! He broke the roof vent, then made another pipe to vent inside attic. Pipes knock and bang still. Left all old parts/debris in attic and never cleaned up. Have been calling and texting him repeatedly and he just moves on to the next job. In the process of filing a contractor's board complaint. No permit, no inspections, unsafe job done and won't keeps making excuses. Sloppy work, no care, no permits. CSLB will get it fixed for me.

I don't trust companies that tailgates people.
Getting on HWY 50 EB from Sunrise Blvd I noticed this vehicle like three feet from my rear bumper. Then I noticed that even before I tried to merge onto 50 from the onramp this vehicle tries to take my lane as I'm trying to get on the freeway. Of course I flip the Birdy and then this person slows down to give certain gestures and mouth something then took off really fast. I tried to catch up but as I approached 80 mph I backed off for safety as the van was going faster.
I can't hire someone that has little regards for others.

With a water heater Failure and a quick search who can replace the unit before a weekend, Being Friday 8am and on the coast , Matt called in min, gave him the size of water heater and what i was looking for in the functions. Not only Matt could get such a unit i was looking for he could do the work at 3pm this Friday at a very good price. He preformed the work very professionally . Very very happy customer here.
