I replaced a 15 year old 50 gal tank water heater with a state-of-the are tankless heater and Platinum did a very good job. They showed up on time, finished on time, and had to do a significant amount of work to get the new one installed. Colton was very prompt and in my opinion, honest about the options and the pricing.
They were able to schedule the heater replacement the next day and I was without water for only about 3 hours, even though the replacement work took about 7 hours. They cleaned up their workspace very well and were very polite and easy to work with

I did not have any of the issues I have had with other plumbers, and would recommend them very highly.

I have been quite impressed with the caliber of workers coming out to my home to work on an entire replumbing project. It has been a frustrating process for them and our family, (based on the previous plumber) but they have handled it with professionalism and grace. They clearly understand the stress involved in cutting into someone's home, and have treated it accordingly with checking in during the demo process to let us know what they were cutting and why. When I have had questions, they have answered them respectfully and patiently. They also have made logical and clean cuts so the next contractor will have an easier time re-sheet rocking. Brandon, David and Ricardo have repeatedly said ""Don't worry, it's our job. We want to make sure it's done right."" They work so well together, it is hard to tell who the lead is. I am also impressed by how tidy they keep their work space and clean up at the end of each day. The crew even went so far as to stay late to ensure we had running water. They are continuing to stand by their reputation of ""Platinum"". Even with the hiccups, they have stayed true to their word and timeline. I appreciate that.

I was facing the prospect of replacing my kitchen faucet, so I went to the neighborhood big box and picked up what I thought was a suitable replacement. Upon opening the box, I quickly discovered that I was not qualified to perform this operation. After two weeks of trying to find a pro close-by to do the job, I found Platinum Full Sevice's website and filled out the contact form (on a Wednesday evening). The next day, I got a call from Morgan, who was able to schedule a plumber (Chris) to come to my place on Friday to do the job. Chris showed up at the appointed hour, assessed the situation, suggested a couple of changed to which I agreed, and despite having to make a drive to gather the necessary items, completed the job within three hours. He even corrected a minor flaw unrelated to the faucet that he found in the cabinet under the sink (at no extra charge). True sign in pride in workmanship!

Colton and his team were professional, quick, responsive, and operated at the utmost professionalism while doing a full repipe on our new home. They were tidy and cleaned up after themselves at the end of their work day, were very transparent about the process from A-Z and gave us updates along the way, and Colton even stayed late one night walking my husband through how to install our new kitchen sink and faucet that was not part of the job he and his team were working on. His wife, Morgan, was so kind and a joy to talk to during scheduling. If you're lucky, you're get to see pictures of their adorable new baby!

I had a leak in my shower and called all of the major plumbing companies in Tacoma- they were weeks out or never called me back. I called Platinum Plumbing and she sent Colton and his partner out the next morning! They were friendly, knowledgeable and got right to work fixing the issue. The price was much lower than we expected. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for plumbing service. Excellent experience!

I contacted Colton after experiencing a flood in my basement that required replacement of our hot water heater. He installed it in a day and even managed to haul the old tank up my basement stairs by himself. I experienced a minor leak later and he was able to swing by and fix it for no additional charge.

After having another minor issue, I learned that the original cause of the flooding was because our ~80 year old sewer line was starting to fall apart. Colton came out and scoped the line and provided me with several recommendations. Due to the scope and cost of the project, I did my due diligence and called up several other plumbing companies. None of the other people I met with seemed to have the same degree of expertise and honesty that Colton did. He was upfront with costs, schedule, and potential risks, giving me the information I needed to make the right decision. Ultimately, I chose to follow his recommendations.

Replacing a sewer line is a pain, but if you need it done there's no avoiding it. The crew at Platinum Plumbing did a speedy, excellent, and professional job. My sewer line runs smoothly and I have had no further issues (knock on wood!). I'm hoping I won't need a plumber for a while, but when I do my first call will be to Platinum.

When does the water supply line go out? That's right! When there is 10"" of snow on the ground. What a mess. Water and snow everywhere. Fortunately the first response I got was from Platinum. These guys were efficient, friendly, safe and above all, willing to work with me to accomplish the supply line replacement within my budget....meaning, we did the yard digging and they did the plumbing and crawl space work.
They could not have been nicer even when it required several trips to assess my onsite work crew. They couldn't have been more efficient when we finally did get to the supply line replacement. They were in and out in two hours including a new outdoor faucet and a shut off at the house.
I can't say enough good about Colton and Joseph. They will be back for all of our plumbing needs going forward. Thanks Gentlemen!

Emailed for a bid to come out and install gas dryer to new home we were moving to. Emailed back that someone from the office would be in touch very soon. Never received a follow up email OR phone call. Needed to have dryer installed Monday 9.21. Called another plumber and had instant response and appointment made before we even moved out on Saturday the 19th. Not my idea of good customer service...

I can't express just how amazing this company is. We had a huge emergency and ended up having to completely repipe our home...and not only was it done perfectly and in a timely matter...but the price was so much more affordable compared to the other quotes we received .
