I had some faucets I wanted switched out and needed to replace my shower valves within the wall. They sent over Chris and all I can say is he's nice knows his stuff and took care of everything in a timely manor.

Had a leak from the tub in a 2nd floor bathroom going into ceiling on 1st fl. Plass sent out Chris, who was fantastic. The problem was due to work needed on loose tiles. He couldn't completely fix the problem but stopped it from leaking until we can renovate the bathroom. Will definitely use them again.

We had problems with our furnace during the beginning of march this year. We had someone servicing it before for an unrelated issue but could not get a hold of him so we called plass that weekend and they came in a timely manner and that's where the problems started. They initially related a valve charging us 700 dollars. They had returned 3-4 other times for continued problems because the never fixed the right part. So when I called them the fifth time, Andy, the owner said we should find someone else to fix the furnace because they would no longer help us. Never go to this plumber

In January, I had a disastrous incident at my house. Two radiators cracked and the water damage was extensive. What's worse, I was out of town at the time. Plass was responsible for all of the plumbing repairs in my absence, and did a thorough and timely job at a reasonable price, helping with selecting new radiators, toilet, and fixtures that were in keeping with the style of a 100 year old house. But the reason I give Plass five stars is because my insurance company was VERY slow in paying out the claim, and they were kind enough to move forward with repairs at the expense of their liquid funds to help me get the job done. I'm sure this caused a great deal of difficulty to their business. Six months later, they have finally been paid. They were kind, courteous, and polite through the entire process. The could have submitted the bills to collections but instead worked with me and the insurance company for a better solution. The work completed was perfect, and they were a pleasure to work with. It's such a pleasure to work with and support a company that goes beyond the bottom line, and is willing to work with the customer any way they can. Please call on them for your repairs, I can't recommend them enough.
