I have used Planet Plumbing for some large projects in the past but I won't use them again.
They did a job at my house that actually made drainage much worse and the communication & lack of negotiation regarding a solution was far from adequate.
The general manager would not call back or take any responsibility for the issues that were created from the work they did.
The plumbers who came out have been great but the follow up with management and the results were far from stellar.

I was in a panic tonight as we discovered a leak coming from the basement ceiling under our master bedroom's bathtub. Justin was amazing! He is my new super hero (Superman and Captain America rolled up into plumber). He was sweet, timely and fixed a bad compression fitting in no time at all.

Roy and James did a great job fixing my backed up drain in the kitchen. They came within an hour of me calling them and fixed the problem right away. I would recommend Planet Plumbing for any plumbing emergency you may have.

Big Problem & disappointment on tub replacement. They came out to give estimate 3 weeks ago. We waited for the appointment, took out vanity & toilet to get ready and bought the repacement tub. Same guy showed up on the appointed day and said they could not do the job because we were supposed to temove old tub & flooring, which they never told us. The old tub was an insert type, not old fashioned ceramic. Treated us really jerky also. They may be able to do smaller repairs but DO NOT count on them for a major project.

Don't hire this company. As a female, I feel taken advantage of and violated. These guys are total creeps, especially Kyle.
He will text your cell phone inappropriate things and continue to hit on you and try to pick you up even after you tell him NO and that you're not single but in a very happy relationship. He will not stop.
Not to mention he made our plumbing situation WORSE and now are hiring another company to come out and fix our old problem and now our new problem. Which will cost way more money.

Kyle was fabulous! He came over next day for an estimate, was able to commit to the work as soon as we were ready, and completed the work earlier than expected. Kyle was very nice, straight forward and honest about the valve replacement job that needed to be done. When the valve was completed, and the hole refilled, the estimate was right on with the actual amount. He even stayed late the first night to make sure we'd have water that night!

I would recommend Kyle and planet plumbing for any big or small plumbing job in the future, definitely!
