I would avoid business with Planet Earth Plumbing. I had a leak in my shower, I could tell due to the water under the hardwood floor. My home warranty company assigned the job to Planet Earth plumbing at 11am on Saturday morning. I hear back nothing by 4 pm, so I placed a call to Andrew and left a message outlining the problem and to please call me, I left my cell number. No text, no call and not even a peep out of them. Tuesday (the day after memorial day), Jessica calls from a different number and leaves me a message. I call back and leave her a message to please call, I am sure to mention to her that this is a major problem I was having and that they hadn't responded for 4 days. I try calling her again a couple of hours later, this time Jessica answers the phone with a screaming child in the receiver. I know that emergencies happen (I was having one myself) and sometimes one needs to take their child to work, or work from home, but if you can't hear what is being said then the call becomes pointless.
I canceled the service call to them, I had Doctor Rooter come, they showed up 45 minutes after the warranty company assigned it to them. They brought a camera and were alble to ascertain the problem within minutes.
I will NEVER use planet Earth Plumbing ever. When I called Andrew back to let him know this, he send me a text saying it has been reassigned. How do these folks stay in business I will never know.

I am a fan! I had a new faucet that needed to be installed and I was scheduled very quickly. The price came back significantly lower than previous quotes and when The company had an emergency they called in advance to reschedule me. The new time worked great and they gave a discount for the inconvenience. Honest, fair and fast but great work!

Where do I start, City of Plano called stating that my water bill was high this month because the meter was showing 25 gal per minute, I said that is impossible because me and my husband are not home, she said "well the meter reader is at your home now so I told her to keep him there while leaving work driving 70mph trying to make it home. The city said it's not their fault because it's on the opposite of the meter, then called my so called HOA, they said they only cover the sprinkler system, even though I thought they cover anything outside my townhome.

My father just received a liver transplant but is having major difficulties so please understand my stress level is intolerable. I set on the couch Friday 4/23/2015 and was just crying my eyes out because this was the wrong time to consider that I had a major leak and be told that it could be under the foundation /Concrete slab and we would be responsible for it. Started to look online waiting for my husband to get home, everything showed closed at 5:00. Continued to look and came pass Planet Earth Plumbing not expecting much, Andrew answered and he was so polite and calm, he stated that he was finishing a Job and happen to be close by and would make a stop on his way to his next appointment.

I said wow really thank you, still not thinking that he would come with much, literally too good to be true and way too easy. To my surprise he showed up, me and my husband greeted him and we invited him in which Andrew appeared to be very hands on. He ran the faucets to listen to the drains, listened to the walls, checked the water heater and went to water meter to really begin assessing the problem.

Andrew began digging to see if he could alleviate the potential of assuming something was bigger than what it appeared and or sounded like. Andrew was very precise and accurate, he stated that our problem was not too far from the water meter and I thought "definitely don't believe that at 25-30 GPM, lol. Well to my surprise it certainly was, the water pipe had holes in it as if maintenance or ATT@T could have done something while putting in Uverse or replanting? Not sure but his crew fixed the leak and did not compromise on the parts. He actually had the supply store open to get the right fitting because they close at noon on Saturdays.

Andrew really cared about our situation and believe he charged us a fraction of the cost which was the best part!! We definitely were blessed to find him and his crew. Thanks a million Planet Earth Plumbing!! B4 paying outrageous prices please don't cheat yourself call this company........ The clean up was pristine and the level of service was superior.

Recommending Planet Earth to my HOA MGMT company. Thanks for making the process seamless and your estimate very accurate, me and my husband love to do business with trustworthy people, which is really hard to find!!! You will not be disappointed! Andrew you're the best we couldn't have got this done as of 4/25/2015 without you may God continue to enrich you.

I read all of the 5 star reviews and I really wanted to add to them, however, after my experience, I cannot. Here is my story...
My first communication was a voice mail on Andrews phone followed by a text message. Andrew finally called back. He seemed sincere over the phone and said his scheduler would be calling me that day. Well, she called the next day. Okay not a big deal. So then I told her I wanted to schedule the appointment to have someone run a camera into the sewer line, she tells me that she'll have to get back with me. Not sure why she couldn't schedule it at that point. Three days later I still didn't hear anything from the scheduler. I finally text Andrew to ask if he were still interested in the job or I could call someone else. Andrew text back and said he will call me back as soon as he got back to the office. It is now four days later and I'm still waiting on his call... no thank you, Andrew. I guess the guys has too much work. You would think he would man up and tell me rather than string me along. Oh well, I guess that's why we have yelp, to let the world know. I'm moving on.

We had clogged drain in our shower room. We tried a lot different methods but no luck happened. We called Planet Earth, Andrew is nice and give me the flat price on the phone. It was cheaper like $85 compare to maybe $120 to others. one of his man arrived and it took him around 30 mins to get my drain working again. Price is reasonable and job is done! They do a lot water heater jobs, so I think I will call them again if I am going to move my water heater to garage.

Great service and very fair pricing. This is the type company I like to do business with. I had a water heater problem and they responded within hours. I didn't feel like they took advantage of me what so ever on the price and was assured if there were any issues in the future to just give them a call and they would take care of them.

Jorge explained the issue and told me what needed to be done. He suggested the best solution and told me what it would cost. He replaced both water heaters and we were back up and running in less than 4 hours. Very professional and courteous employee. When he was finished with the work, Jorge left the area cleaner than it was before.

Andrew, you have hard working, professional, and courteous employee in Jorge. I will call again when I have my next plumbing issue.

I found them on Yelp after being lied to about same day installation at Home Depot.

Andrew answered my call and made I made an appt. to have a new water heater installed. Planet Earth's service is most excellent. Appointment was on time. George was polite and knowledgeable. Andre dropped by to bring the heater. They gave us a better one than he quoted yet didn't charge us extra. I'll be calling them for other plumbing services in the near future.

my hot water heater went out on us and I called them at 7 am and they promised me a time and a price later that day. they were very knowledgable and great to talk with. would call and use them again. thanks Andrew!

We had a few minor jobs - including installing a new toilet. I had others plumbers who I used as needed, but we wanted to try a new company. Selected Planet Earth after reading reviews and speaking with them. Did a great job for a reasonable price. Technician arrived during the promised time period. Was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Even carted away the old materials. Will definitely use this company again.

Andrew from Planet Earth came out to see us for a kitchen sink issue. We appreciated that he was fair and didn't charge for items we had even suggested may be broken, But, it turns out they were not. We have been looking a good plumber in the Plano area for a long time and glad we found these guys. Highly Recommend!
