On Tuesday my water heater broke and I was penciled in for a replacement for Friday. On Wednesday there was a water leak from the broken heater that was spilling into my garage. I was extremely concerned and I spoke with Jessica If there is a chance the staff can replace the unit early morning on Thursday. Andrew and his staff came 700am and replace the unit. They did an excellent job. His cost was reasonable and his service was A plus. After repair, I showed him a shower head that has not functioned probably in years. He fix the shower head and did not change me.

Contacted them on Saturday and they were able to come out on Monday. Helped us on Saturday by talking us through a temporary fix for our hot water circulator, which had gone out. Clean, professional and prompt. Showed up with shoe covers on to come in the house. Reasonably priced.

I had to get a leaking exterior hosebib/faucet replaced. Andrew came over and was able to fix the problem efficiently and charged me alot less than he had originally estimated. I really appreciate honesty and Planet Earth Plumbing will now be my go-to plumbing company. Thanks!

Andrew just helped me fixed the main water line to my house. He is a doer. Don't have many words, but do solid work. He is just different from salesperson-technician business model where salesperson know nothing but quote an extremely high price. He knows stuff and gives reasonable price. I would like to recommend him to my friends.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The owner, Andrew, was quick to respond to our calls/texts. He arrived exactly on time and was the only plumbing company to return my call within the hour! Andrew stopped our hot water heater from leaking on Saturday and returned on Monday to replace the unit. He was quick, friendly, honest and priced competitively. We will need to replace our second hot water heater soon (12 years old ) and will be using Planet Earth Plumbing again.

Today was our third time to use Planet Earth. They are consistently responsive, reliable, and honest. The first time, they replaced an old upstairs (attic) hot water heater that we were concerned about due to age. That was quite a task!

The second time, they did a difficult repair in the wall behind our washing machine. Home warranty co. was doing a lot of excuse-making (and wouldn't cover much of the cost...typical), so we called Planet Earth instead. They came out quickly and again worked hard, in a tight space, to get the job done well. Plus, they charged much less than we were quoted by the warranty co.

Today, we discovered that our old downstairs hot water heater had gone out before we had a chance to replace it (which we have been meaning to do). We called Planet Earth without even bothering to call home warranty co. (which we plan to cancel). They rearranged their afternoon schedule (which involved rescheduling an appointment for an estimate, AFTER discussing with that person first) so that they could come today. We now have hot water again!

They are our go-to plumbing company. Highly recommend!!

I had some septic work done by Andrew after 3 other companies could not fix the problem. They were fast, very fair priced, and the work was outstanding. No issues since.
Recently, I thought I needed some other plumbing work done inside the house. After talking to Andrew, I realized I could easily fix the problems, at no cost.
Other companies would have come out and charged me for this.
I have found them to be very honest, professional, and reasonably priced.

Andrew and team came to install my new kitchen faucet. Had the best price. Half of what others were asking. Work was quick and clean and they kept calling me to let me know they were on the way. I will def use him again.

They came out to fix my broken toilet but didn't even fix the issue! The toilet worked for literally the day they "fixed" it and went back to normal the next day. I called them again to come back out and the guy didn't show. They should've re-fixed it for free since they didn't the first time. Anyway, I ended up calling Michael Hairston and we discovered that Planet Earth uses very poor quality materials. Super happy I went with Michael and now my toilet woes are gone!

*** UPDATE: I never said I was scheduled "a long time ago" as the business owner makes it seem in his reply.. I specifically told him I was scheduled " a while ago" in response to a private message as in a couple months or few months ago (he said his last toilet appointment was September 26 and I told him that makes sense because I was scheduled a while ago, as in just because my review is in December doesn't mean my appointment wasn't around or before Sept. 26). About the materials, I would think if this business used high quality parts that my toilet wouldn't have broken the next day! Clearly the "high quality parts" didn't fix the issue..
