What really seems to set Planet Earth Plumbing apart is its owner, Andrew, and his desire to do right by his customers. He clearly enjoys what he does and is very good at it, but more importantly, keeps sight of who he is doing it for. Some professionals tend to focus exclusively on the issue at hand - e.g. "I am here to fix your leak" - but it's clear that Andrew treats his business as so much more than that and is here not only to fix a leak, but to solve a problem for a person and make sure they understand and are satisfied with the solution and how it was provided.

Having written many hundreds of reviews, I would put Andrew near the very top of my list. If there were a 6th star available, I would reserve it for a very select number of companies, and Planet Earth Plumbing would be one of them.

I have only remarkable things to say about Andrew and Planet Earth Plumbing. He has helped us several times now on two properties. He is reliable, professional, trustworthy and provides value added advice and service at a great price. I always do my homework and shop around for quotes and reviews, you can't find better than Planet Earth Plumbing. I can honestly count on him for any and all plumbing needs in the future. Feel free to message me if you have any questions. We've had him help change out 2 water heaters, change washer connections, replace faucets, and fix hose bips. I am a stickler for good communication and timeliness. Highly recommend!

I called requesting an estimate and received an appointment for the following day. The plumber was very prompt and wonderful to work with! He was very upfront with the cost and provided me with the best course of action to save me money. I ended up not having the plumber fix anything within my home this time around, but if I have any problems in the future I will definitely use Planet Earth Plumbing!

We have used them twice and both times were horrible (we accidentally called them the second time forgetting our experience from a couple years earlier). This time, Andrew put in a new toilet for us and then it leaked. When we called to have him fix his shoddy work, they told us to turn off the water and they would come in a week. He never showed up for our appointment window. We called again and he said he would be there first thing the next day and again he didn't show. Don't Use This Company!!!

Everyone else was so expensive and the owner Andrew was very reasonably priced extremely professional he's been doing this for a long time

Excerllent job and reasonable price. Our pipe outside te house was leaking and the front yard was flooded. They were able to fix it within a couple of hours on a Sunday. Highly recmend!

He took off with my shower part and has not returned calls/messages. It has now been 3 months without use of that shower. Please give me my part back or return to finish the job, this is the worst experience I have ever had with a vendor and simply unprofessional.

I hate to write bad reviews and bring somebody down but thanks to this plumbing company , my job has been left undone for the last month and 10 days.
Andrew has cancelled/ rescheduled/ not shown up exactly 6 times since we started trying to work with him.
We were extremely accommodating as the excuses included being sick/ breaking his hand/ car break down etc but finally realized that they were just extremely unprofessional and had a problem showing up to work...I had a simple job - 40 days and a slew of ph calls/ text messages later- its still undone...... we politely told him that we didn't need his services anymore.

I emailed and requested a quote. They were the best price so I scheduled an appointment. They came out the next day. After completing the work, i was told it wasn't as much as they thought so he charged me less, no other company does that. I now have a new plumber, thank you.
