I had clogged toilets and bathtubs. They were not just small problems. I had roots growing into the pipe and water was overflowing. I had called another plumber to come, he wanted $70 estimate and $500 minimum for work over Labor Day. I did research and found out he had many reviews about over charging which is what I don't want, so I found Andrew, which is such a blessing to our family. He had showed up first thing at 7ish at my home and started working for 3 hours. At the end he only billed me for$85 for all the hard work he has done. This guy is fair and honest. I had ended up paying him more because he deserves more. I can't say enough about how great they are. I have already recommended him to many friends of mine. If you are looking for an honest and quality plumber, call Andrew! He's an angel!

Andrew came out because I wasn't getting hot water and he was supposed to order me a part and come back to put it back in. I left 4 voicemails with no return phone call, and of course I had to pay him on the first visit even though he didn't complete the job like he said. He is a vendor with my Home Warranty so they will be getting a phone call as well.

All I can say is these guys offer lousy customer service. I hired them to replace two hose bibs on my house and after the work was finished one of the bibs was leaking inside the wall and bubbling out through the brick . I asked them to return and repair the work and they did show up to look at the problem. Now they won't return my calls or repair the shoddy work they performed. I'll have to hire a master plumber to fix my original problem plus repair the damage the leak caused inside the wall of my house. I wouldn't hire these yahoo's to clean my toilets.

We recently bought our house and there were a few plumbing jobs that we needed to get done around the house.
We ended up calling Andrew with Planet Earth Plumbing, and what a great guy!!! Our toilet was running and he said the job was minor and didn't even want to charge us for replacing the flapper.
It is hard to find someone honest to come service your house now a days, so if you are ever shopping for a plumber give him a call.

Made an appt with Andrew to fix a leak in my kitchen and replace a faucet. He had to cancel our first appointment to take care of family, but made an appt to come back the following morning.
He was on time, replaced some rubber rings for me (instead of replacing the shut-off valves) to stop the leak, and offered to put my faucet in for free because he had to cancel on me the day before.
He also told me which part to buy to fix a leak I have in my yard, and how to do it. Another company gave me a $250 estimate to replace a part I bought on Amazon for $17.
I estimate he saved us almost $350 for the plumbing jobs I had almost hired another company to do.
We will definitely use this company again.

I will have to say it was the best experience I have had dealing with a plumber. I called for a kitchen line clean out, the water was backing up into the laundry room. I talked with Andrew around 9am and he said that he could be to my house after 5pm. He asked if I would text him my address and he would get to me after he finished some already scheduled work. At 5:15 I was about to look up his cell number when he called, I had forgotten to text him my address, he said he could be there in about twenty minutes. Once he got to my house him and Vernon were very professional and courteous. They took care of my problem, it took longer than any of us expected, the clog was fairly substantial. When I went to pay the bill, Andrew tried giving me a discount because I had rented a snake and cleaned out the main, the main wasn't the problem obviously and all I did was waste $65.00. I refused the discount due to the fact that they exceeded my expectations.

On Friday 7/31 my kitchen sink became clogged.... I tried to take care of the clog myself but was unsuccessful. I called my landlord and he tried to snake the clog.. But he was unsuccessful. My landlord told me to wait until he finds a plumber.... Uh.....no.... I needed the clog fixed now! The next morning I searched for plumbers that were close to me and I was directed to plumbers on the yelp app... I found Andrew's business and read his reviews.... I was very impressed. I called Andrew yesterday at 8am and left a message. Andrew called me back within 30 minutes and told me that he would be there by 10am.. Andrew arrived BEFORE the promised time and he quickly resolved my issue. Andrew charges by the job and his quote was very reasonable. Andrew is very efficient, professional, and personable. I am very pleased with Andrew and I would highly recommend him... Thanks Andrew!

Andrew at Planet Earth was excellent. I called a few places to get a price on clearing a drain and running a camera down the line and they were the cheapest option. When I scheduled the visit, Andrew got caught at another job and wouldn't be able to make it. His office called to reschedule for the next business day, and because of the inconvenience, offered me a discount. I was incredibly pleased with his professionalism, and expertise. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent in every way. Quick to respond, prices are GREAT, and Andrew is professional, friendly and efficient. No rip offs here. He is very fair and doesn't nickel and dime you. He even came back a second time for free when I was unhappy with a drain I chose the first time, even though it was my fault! There is nothing not to like and I won't use anyone else. By the way, he also serves the Dallas area.
