Wish Yelp allowed 10-Star ratings, which is what these folks deserve. Called them to install a new cartridge in a Hansgrohe Thermobalance II shower valve, which we all figured would be simple and straightforward, but the old fixture was more corroded internally than expected, so it actually took 2 visits to get everything humming, and it required lots more time than their original price quote would cover. To their great credit, despite all the additional time and work, they did what (extra) was needed and never said a word about an upcharge. They were persistent, quality-focused, thorough, courteous, and kept us updated via text messages throughout the extended process. All FIRST-CLASS in every respect, and would recommend them without reservation.

Our house had a water softener in the garage. We didn't want it anymore, so I bought a whole house water filter to replace it. I reached out to P&L Plumbing when I decided I have too many projects going on to do it myself. A couple of weeks later, I also had them install a pressure reducing valve, and an anti siphon valve. Everything works well, and looks good.

I have had ongoing plumbing issues in my kitchen with water from the pipe backing up into the sink. A few plumbers would come out, break up the clog and leave. Last year one charged $1400 to ""flush the pipe to the street"" he was here 15 minutes and left. So when the problem returned this week, I was afraid I'd be out $1000.

Enter P&L Plumbing. Kevin quoted me a reasonable price to hydro jet the pipes all the way to the street. The best part was he provided before and after video proving the work was done.

When all was said and done, Kevin completed the work in the timeframe he told me and I saved $50. These are the guys you want to call. Guaranteed I will be calling them after the new year for other projects as we work on our house.

I live in a townhouse and have a small yard with dirt and plants inside my patio. Since the last rain, the ground never dried and was continually muddy. Then, a stream of water started welling up outside from the area against the foundation of my building and flooding out my patio. I found P & L Plumbing on Yelp and decided to go with them because their website indicated they can handle underground leak type of repairs plus also I was impressed by all their great reviews.

I'm so happy I called them! The plumber that came out was knowledgeable, friendly, and the prices were definitely fair and reasonable. They did the repair in a day. They arrived around 8:30a, dug a trench and located my piping (which was about 30 inches down), and replaced it with a new better quality pipe. They also filled it back up, cleaned up everything, and had it complete by around 1:30p. They were awesome. If you have a plumbing issue, I would highly recommend them.

I've had P&L at the house for a clogged sewer line, to reseat a toilet, and to install a new kitchen faucet. Their work in each case was excellent, prompt, friendly and very professional. Ok let's be honest, when you schedule an appointment to get your water heater replaced and only have your wife home to meet with the repairman you don't expect to not have it cost a fortune. Kevin not only responded on the weekend, not only came out first thing Monday morning, but didn't overcharge us for an unnecessary part! This company is reliable and honest! I will tell all my friends about Kevin and his crew! Other contractors quoted $1600-$2000, but Kevin came out and immediately identified it was just a thermostat and just replaced that part! I am so thankful for finding this company and that they responded to my inquiry! Kevin was quick and responsive and very professional. Him and his associate came out to check on my water heater and I thought it would need a replacement. They have great news that it didn't and was just the thermostats! The cost was inexpensive especially compared to what I was thinking it would be for a replacement! Kevin even said if it goes out again within the next few months before we sell out house that he would come replace the water heater with what I paid as a credit toward that. They went out of their way to make me a happy customer and I will always go with them in the future for any plumbing needs!!
