Several tub and tub/shower diverterters didn't work in a home we recently purchased. The tech stayed with it figuring out how to disassemble the speciality faucets. He was able to remove corrosion, clean and lubricate the tub shower diverterters so they work like new. He had to research the tub diverter but he did find it and ordered it for us. Should have it next week so all is working for our holiday guests!

Had a leak at the main supply to the house they were able to come out the same day and fix it as well as replace the shutoff valve and all the old piping around it. Communication was great including, really like the text notification system they use. They were quick, knowledgeable and professional, I would definitely recommend.

Kevin & Kyle fixed a slab leak I had by rerouting the cold water line through my attic. After coming out (when they said they would) and locating the leak and quoting me the price, they ended up saving me about $1K by terminating the cold water at the fridge instead of going all the way to the kitchen sink like they originally thought they'd have to. I appreciate them finding a way for me to save a little money. I've also since used them to connect a couple of sinks and replace a hose bib. They always come out when they say they will and they are great communicators! Will definitely use again.
