A guy named Larry showed up to our house from PK Plumbing after being referred by our warranty company. We were seeking a plumber because there was a smell of sewer gas in our house intermittently, last week it got so bad overnight that we decided we needed to have the problem diagnosed by a professional.

It was very clear from the start that Larry had no intention of actually trying to diagnose the problem. He even had the nerve to tell me ""It doesn't smell bad in here now"", only minutes after showing up, like I was making up the smell and it was all some big lie to get Larry to come to my house for the fun of it.

I then showed Larry our plumbing and each of our bathrooms, particularly the bathroom where the smell seemed to be originating. The apathy was obvious the entire time he was here. The visit ended with me giving him the required deductible and me telling Larry to ""just leave"" without any clearer idea of what the problem may be. The reason we called a plumber was to get a diagnosis from a professional about what was causing the issue. What we got was an annoying waste of time from a very shady company.

Couldn't recommend any less! Terrible company. We will make sure our warranty company understands what a joke they really are.

As part of AHS warranty - PK Plumbing assigned an associate who visited our home to repair our garbage disposal. The gentleman was very quick to replace the motor and left. Today we found that the disposal is leaking under the sink. He did nothing other than replace the motor - no diagnosis or check to make sure all was installed and addressed. Of course, today is Sunday so no one is available to answer phones. Not happy!!!

PK Plumbing has very poor customer service. It has taken them over a month and multiple visits to assess our hot water heater. It is still not fixed at the time of this review. I would highly recommend using another plumbing service for any of your plumbing needs.

Additionally, Larry the plumber assigned to our job is always much later than he says and is not a friendly person to work with.

HSA sent them out. The guy knew zero about plumbing, customer service, or basic business. Highly recommend AVOIDING this company at all costs.

I'm a local realtor and recently met one of PK Plumbing's plumbers at one of my vacant listings. The plumber, Larry, was very communicative (calling me 30 minutes before he would be arriving), punctual and skilled enough to get the job done albeit it was an easy one. I had no issues with their work/competency and initially was very leery based off other reviews here.

I wish we could give half stars - 4.5/5.

Was a referral from our warranty company. The WORST service I have ever experienced. Approximately 15 business days to get a Hot Water Heater installed with 3 days for shipping of equipment from warranty company. Then the day the water heater is installed nobody in the office is able to call/file for a permit inspection or provide a permit # because person is out sick. Installer did a nice job however if you are on a schedule for a home sale and closing I would advise to look elsewhere.

PK Plumbing, what a waste of time and money! The only words that come to mind to describe PK Plumbing are unethical and incompetent. I called my home warranty company (HWA Home Warranty) because I had a leak in my tub/shower faucet. They then dispatched PK Plumbing to my home. It turned out to be a frozen valve that the plumber claimed he couldn't fix at the time because he needed to open up the wall in my office to be able to access the pipes. Not knowing much about plumbing, this seemed to make sense to me. He called the warranty company for approval but couldn't do the work for another week. It was apparently a four hour job. This whole time I'm living in my home without running water; only turning it on as needed. I begged the plumbing company and then the warranty company to help me to find a way to move up the date due to the lack of running water but no one was able to help.

Tuesday the 19th finally arrived. I took a vacation day to be available. Steve the plumber arrived. He said he still couldn't access the pipes because the desk that was built into the wall was blocking access to the pipes and I needed to call someone in to get it removed. Insurance doesn't cover this. He called the plumbing company back to reschedule. Yes, I'm waiting yet another week for him to return. It will be two and a half weeks living without constant running water.

I scheduled a contractor to come out and remove the desk that was built into the wall. He did within minutes. Then then truth came out. He called me upstairs and apologized for not measuring first, which was not needed based on what I asked him to do based on what the plumber told me to do. There was no need to remove the desk from the wall at all!! The shower pipes were about 12 to 18 inches to left of the desk, leaving the plumber plenty of access.

If needless destruction to my office wasn't enough, the contractor then said there was no need to access the pipes at all. This, of course, was after he opened up the wall to fix the leak that the plumber was unable to fix in the first place. All that was needed was for the valve to be pulled out of the faucet from the front of the wall, which the plumber said he couldn't do. The contractor graciously asked if I wanted him to do it. I, of course, said yes. The thought of having running water again was quite appealing. Not to mention the plumber had lost all credibility in my eyes.

Shower leak fixed. Water is on. All is well in my home again, except for the fact that I need to repair the hole in the wall in my office and figure out how to repair the desk that was destroyed.

PK Plumbing is inept at best. They needlessly had me destroy a room in the name of price gouging the home warranty company for unnecessary work, at least that's what I believe. What other reason would a plumber have to not know where pipes are located?!

I would never, in good conscious, recommend PK Plumbing to anyone for anything, ever. Neither PK Plumbing nor HWA Home Warranty expressed any sense of urgency nor any sense of customer service. I paid $100 for the original call. I lost one vacation day. I paid a contractor, outside of my warranty coverage, to repair something that should have been repaired by a covered vendor. And on top of all of that, I'll be spending a good sum of money to make repairs to the unnecessary destruction in my home office based on PK Plumbing's directive.

This company was sent to me through my home warranty company. the first man who was sent to my house was friendly enough, but i needed a complete new water heater so he said that would take 3-5 days. fast forward to 17 days later.... a different guy from the company shows up to put in my new water heater. while he was ""looking for my water shut off"" he somehow ended up in my BEDROOM, which i am less than pleased about!! he yelled at my dog, saying he was afraid he might get bit. (newsflash, if you are a strange man in my house, it is best not to yell at my guard dog who is here to protect me and my family!!!) He had to leave to get parts, (keep in mind that someone else from this company was already been in my home and noted what was needed to complete this job), returned 45 minutes later, and made a complete mess. keep your sanity and go with someone competent.

Terrible service, poor communication. Provided by home warranty company. Each time he came he clearly just wanted to leave and did not take time to listen to me or adequately diagnose the problem. Finally just said he couldn't fix the issue and had to have the warranty company provide someone else. I clearly knew as much about plumbing as he did, which is a bad sign. Stay away!

This company is the company that was dispatched to us when i filed a claim with my home warranty. I was a little concerned initally by the prior reviews but i was pleasantly surprised. The guy that came out to our home was very friendly and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained to us what steps he was going to take to get our basement to stop backing up. He was able to remove the blockage and double checked to make sure that it would not back up again. He also explained what the next step would be if we had issues again in the future.
Overall i am satisfied with the service i received. Would definitely recommend them.
