We did not choose to book this company, they were assigned to us by our insurance company. after jumping through many hoops to fix an emergent situation they finally showed up an hour late. When they got to the house they asked ""what was leaking upstairs"" and I replied the water heater they were there to replace - already this made me question how much their boss had communicated the issue to them. Upon doing a visual inspection - something that was done two days before hand - they claimed the conditions were not good for them to complete the service. When asked what these conditions were we were given ""parking and the elevator being broken"". I informed them that there was plenty of street parking at 8 am, when they were scheduled to arrive and that we planned if for 8am to accommodate that need, and that the elevator had been out since March - something that was told to Paul (their boss) two days before hand. Paul was then contacted and kept on giving us new quotes for nearly $1000 more in labor that we would have to cover ""since it wasn't in the quote to insurance"". I had to take a day off work to get this fixed as it has already been leaking for a week and our building is becoming concerned with secondary structural damage. I understand that this equipment is heavy and taking it all to the 4th arguably 5th floor is not ideal - but we have had both movers and contractors who redid the floors in the entire three floor unit in and not one of them claimed this issue. On top of that they had no prewarning - as at the time we were unsure of when the elevator would be fixed (at present its looking like it will be out for a year or more) and these guys were warned. But what truly was unacceptable was dealing with hostage level negotiations while they were outside in their truck with all of the equipment refusing to come up unless we paid extra fees without an invoice or having it in writing. Needless to say they did not complete the work, the water heater is still leaking and we are working with the insurance company to find someone else to do the work.

This plumbing service is the best. They are efficient, caring, trustworthy and very professional. They know how to get the job done right. 10/10 would call them again if I ever need any more plumbing done in my home. I highly recommend them.

Wow, how refreshing it is to find a kind and professional plumbing company for my 91yo disabled veteran uncle. My uncle lives 100 miles away from me and I'm so reassured & pleased to have these guys helping him out. Knowing his condition they booked him in record time after all the other companies couldn't for an additional 4-5 days. I didn't have to ask them to overbook or work after normal working hours, .....they just did it on their own.
They took his service call and delivered outstanding attention to a complex problem, at a very fare rate I might add...
They took their time, engaged in conversation with my uncle and even listened to his wacky life-stories.
I can not recommend them any higher than 100%, what a shame indeed that is.
Good people deserve to be recognized and I only wish I could have awarded 6 or more Stars.

I had a horrible experience with this person. Three months ago he fixed a clogged sink in my apartment. We've agreed that he would contact directly my landlord for the payment. Three months later my landlord is telling me that the person never send her invoice and asks me to take care of it. I am texting and calling this guy every other day for a week, he keeps promicing to drop the invoice and do not do it. Week later I wake up from at 8am from the phone call from my landlord who is scared and tells me that this guy has been calling from the early morning harrasing her and telling her that he will take her to collections. She says that she doesn't want him near her house and she wouldn't recommend me to meet him in person as well. I am calling to this guy again asking if he can send a check, he demands to be paid in cash. Finally he shows up at my door step, sure that he is right, absolutely rude and blunt completely disregarding my argument about us having invoice from him and chance to pay for the first time since three month ago. Before paying him I had to take a picture of his ID - if something happens so we can do to police. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS GUY! He can't take care of the invoicing properly and he would be harrasing you!
