They charged me for coming out to my home and doing NO work at all. I had a water pipe come apart on Labor Day and I called the fire department and the fire department called the city water department. Those departments did all the work. Because I had used this company many times in the past few years, I called them too. Their plumber came to my home, stayed for what he says was 3.5 hours and determined he could do nothing until the next day. He didn't even try because he said their warehouse was closed for the holiday. He literally watched the firemen and water dept man do all the work and then charged me for it at $300 an hour. Then he came back the next day and charged me for the actual work, parts, and his travel both days. When I got the bill I was flabbergasted and called the owner and he said it was what it was. He even said he knew that no work was done but that his plumber came out on a holiday and stood around watching what was being done so that he knew what to do the next day. A complete scam.

Very unprofessional business both from the service man and the owner (including no mask). I had service done only to find out got a almost $400 bill for a $200 job. An hour job that actually I timed and stated they were here longer. Now I still have a leak after all this! When I tried to call to question the bill no one answered. I finally got a call and right away they ""threatend"" with these accusations without questioning their poor service. I heard of many bad reviews regarding PJs Plumbing since my service was done. I wish I would have known. The owner event wouldn't listen to my proof. if you are going to this business you are asking nothing but trouble and paying for things you don't need to.

Had a leaking hot water heater replaced (converted to tankless). From start to finish, PJs provided the best experience I could have expected. Extremely efficient, honest, professional and courteous. I will use them for all future plumbing needs and highly recommend others to do the same - you won't regret it! Thank you Paul and PJs Plumbing for the awesome service!

If I could give zero stars I would!! He cleaned my pipes as if a kindergartner did it! The lack of professionalism was atrocious! I wouldn't recommend PJ's Plumbing to my worst enemy!!

Can't say enough good things about this company. We've used their services twice so far - once to replace a leaking disposal, the other to install a new faucet when the kitchen sink lost water pressure. Both times the service was quick, professional, and refreshingly honest in terms of what was necessary to buy vs. what was a recommended ""nice to have"".

While we hope to never need their expertise again, we wouldn't hesitate to call them the next time we do.

PS: Paul is the /man/. Funny, friendly, and super skilled. Was able to remove a faucet despite a support beam running right next to the connection under the sink (and where another plumber had taken one look at it and given up).

He is supposed to do warranty work for state water heaters. He was lazy on the repair. He swapped out a part on the water heater and couldn't be bothered to reset the error code and make sure the unit was operational. Then when called for a correction he was too busy to actually finish his job. Doesn't stand behind his work if he isn't getting paid what he thinks. Also charges for a service call in addition to the hourly fee. Do many people bring sinks into the shop for unclogging. Straight money grab and con.

What a delightful experience. I don't usually associate plumbing with delight, but in this case it works. Toilet got backed up at my sister's house. Called at 2pm, came out at 8am the next day. Friendly person answered right away, said they had cancellation, could come out the next morning. Dave came right on time, was friendly and fixed the toilet quickly and also did quick assessment of sink issue. Super efficient, really knowledgeable, friendly. We deemed him my sister's official new plumber when she needs.

Fast and friendly service! I called on a Saturday afternoon about leaking in my basement and on my ceiling and they came out that day to assess the damage. Thankfully not a broken pipe but we found it to be a leak in the roofing that was letting the water in. Thank you so much for your fast response!

WORSET EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I chose PJ's Plumbing because of it's high rating but wish I would have researched more. They installed my new water heater but didn't stick around to see if water got hot. The next morning I wake up with NO HOT WATER! A guy came out to find out the breaker was tripped. He also didn't stick around to see if heater was heating and told me to call him if it trips again. Not 3 min later breaker tripped again. I called PJ's plumbing again and they told me I need to get an electrician out here and that they NEVER had a faulty water heater and there must be something wrong with my breaker. I told them I didn't have this problem with my old heater. I got an electrician out to my home and tested everything to find that the heaters 2 elements were running at the same time. They wouldn't come out and replace it on the weekend. I had to wait the entire weekend then an extra day because they wouldn't have someone come out to close to closing on Monday. The girl asked if they could come out at 7 am and I said no 8 am. Well Dan shows up at 7:15 am (still sleeping). I take meds to sleep and have a hard time getting up at that hour. Dan insisted it wasn't the heater and that they never had a faulty water heater (bull). He tried to tell me my breaker was not the right one. I told them I didn't have this problem with my old heater and he said things change. REALLY the amps, voltage don't change! All was the same as my old heater. He didn't want to change out my heater. He called an electrician buddy of his and sure enough my breaker was fine and the 2 elemnents would trip the breaker. He had a poor attitude, rushed and again didn't even wait to see if the heater was heating. Pipe was cold when I touched it after he left. His comments when leaving was ""hope we won't have to hear from you again"" and ""Now if it doesn't work it's not the water heater"".

A friend of mine that lives in Pewaukee used their services and was EXTEMERLY DISAPPOINTED with the service!!! She received a faulty water heater that would trip out the breaker. It was the SAME voltage/amps as her previous heater. They kept insisting it was the breaker. She had an electrician come out to see what was wrong. He identified the problem to be the water heater. When they came out to replace it she received AWFUL customer service. They did not even stay to see if the replaced water heater even worked correctly. They were very rude to her.
