Having spent 23 years involved with a family-owned, I decided to take charge of my own path. Currently, with 4 employees, the company is growing, while maintaining the consistent excellent quality and support that customers require.
Being a fourth-generation lineage plumber, I suppose I was destined for this trade. I dedicate myself on remaining updated with the latest technologies and maintain a direct involvement every day in the operation and growth of the company.

Liz B.PJF Plumbing & Heating was hired by Thermasol to fix my steam shower and Thermasol shipped the part to PJF Plumbing & Heating over 5 weeks ago. The protocal is that I am supposed to wait for PJF to call me to schedule the appointment for PJF to come to my house to fix the steam unit. I have followed up with Thermasol weekly, Thermasol then has followed up with PJF, and PJF still has not contacted me to schedule the appointment. PJF continued to tell Thermasol that they would call me, but after 5 weeks, they still have not. It has been so long that Thermasol is resending a new replacement part to a different service provider.

They are very pricey and I was little annoyed that part of the ""service time"" they included in their charge was while the plumber sat in his truck drinking coke, smoking a cigarette and writing-up our invoice. Overall, very happy because I've learned you get what you pay for. We paid-up, but problem solved.
