I can't say enough good things about PJ! Not only is she an amazing plumber who gets the job done quickly and with minimum fuss, she takes the time to go over all your options with you and guide you every step of the way. We've enlisted her services on three separate occasions, and on each one she has gone above and beyond to provide us with the best possible service.

The first time we called PJ, a pipe under our main floor sink leaked through to our basement, destroying ceiling drywall and the basement carpet. She arrived at the house the next day, stemmed the leak, and gave us excellent recommendations for a local water damage remediation service and an insurance advocate if our insurance company planned to lowball us - they did.

On the second occasion, we had just returned to our house from the hospital after my wife gave birth to twins to find no hot water running in our house. In a panic, I called PJ to see if she could diagnose the problem. She swung by that night and found that our construction team had not turned the gas on at the mains outside our house. She turned it on and insisted on not charging us - I was so thankful I Venmo-ed her anyway!

Finally, months later, when I discovered that our hot water tank was leaking, she sourced and installed a hot water tank within two days; she also handled the city permitting that is now required for hot water tank installation. She and her colleague were very thorough and fitted extra pressure-regulating tech to the tank to future proof it.
