They have a large number of crews and resources that do PSL work so I know he would finish on time. He explained everything in the process step-by-step, from the work to the compliance etc.. PJ's did a thorough review of the job site before making a competitive quote and after doing our due diligence we selected them for our private sewer line (PSL) repair and sidewalk repair work. Unfortunately, our escrow fell through and we didn't get the work done. However, I would highly recommend this company to realtors or property owners in Oakland, and other cities that require PSL work upon title transfer. For our next sale I will be calling Jaime and PJ Plumbing and this is after lots of research and discussion with other contractors.
