If there was a zero I could give this company I would.
Pat has no professionalism nor does he have the decency to call his customers to inform them of a delay or reschedule.
My air-conditioning went bad on Monday. Called Pat per the contract with Total protect. He said he would be here on Friday between 12 and 2 pm.
I rescheduled work to be home for him to show up. Called him to ask/remind him. His phone went directly to voicemail. Left him 3 vm. He didn't get back. He called much later to let me know that he wasn't coming and that he'll reschedule for Monday which would leave me without air for 10 days! No way I'm working with this company/individual again. Terrible customer experience to say the least!

Pat did high quality work and was very affordable. He ran into a problem that was outside of the scope of the project and quickly fixed that for us as well. I highly recommend his services!!

I got in touch with Patrick through my home warranty company. He replaced my heat pump/condenser, air handler and electric heating unit. It took two visits to do all of the work since it was an extensive project.

Patrick made a trip out to a wholesaler last minute to pick up a part that unexpectedly needed. The shop was only open until 12 and he made it a point to get there while still open.

Patrick took great care of my house. He used drop cloths where he walked or moved equipment.

Most importantly, the service provided was great. Everything was installed properly the first time, and the HVAC system is working perfectly a month later. Patrick took all of the old components and disposed of them.

I recommend Patrick highly.

I just had to leave a review for Pat. I turned on my heater this week and nothing... it was dead. I called Pat at 8 o'clock on a Sunday night and he came right over. I have tried to reach plumbers and electricians who have taken 2 days to call back. I was toasty warm in no time thanks to Pat!
