I called 4 plumbers for an urgent washer / dryer hook-up situation, and Adan was the most responsive and got out to us the next day (a Saturday). Another plumber was telling us that he thought we were going to have to replace the entire box for the washer / dryer hook-up, which would include breaking the drywall. Adan said he was in the neighborhood, and would come by to look at the situation for a ""second opinion,"" which he assessed in about two minutes and determined that all we had to do was replace the knob/handle of the cold water valve. He went out and got the right part and had it fixed by the afternoon, potentially saving us at least $1000+ if we had followed the other plumber's advice. Better yet, I now get to have my new washer / dryer installed on Monday instead of another week down the road! He was right that plumbers are like mechanics, and you need to make sure that you find someone who is honest and cares about their job and the people they serve by trying to implement the smartest, most efficient and economical solution versus creating the job into something much bigger than it needs to be. He definitely won our loyalty and will be the first person we call for the next plumbing issue. If you're looking for someone who has high integrity, look no further!
