Had a boiler installed by pitman plumbing. Less than a year later, National grid had to come and disconnect boiler because it was not vented properly and pipe corroded.
Pitman plumbing was notified and stated job was not under warranty even though they improperly vented boiler causing pipe to erode prematurely.
Make matters worse, when asked to email invoice ,owner stated he will go to court instead!! Guess we are going to court.

We had to clear a simple but tricky DoB violation quickly, and Nat and Jason at Pitman Plumbing handled it fantastically well. They are above-board, straight-up guys who are responsive, responsible and professional. They know how to get things done. I recommend them without hesitation.

They are not that great. The staff is friendly but the workmanship is subpar. Chose another heating company. Salvatore does not take his customer seriously and now I have to go to court to try to get most of my $7000 back from them.

I called to find out what it would cost to change the plumbing and remove/ install a Bathroom sink cabinet. The owner had been trying to contact me and was unable to reach me. Around 5pm. The owner asked/sent one of his workers to my home to price the job and to check to see if we were ok. (We were trying to do the job ourselves) I appreciate this owner and his company (There office is three blocks away) checking up and looking out for us. I am impressed and will use this company in the future.

The day after Hurricane Sandy I contacted Nationagrid to check out my furnac and hot water heater..they condemned them...they gave me several companies I could call that they recommend...Pitman Pllumbing and Heating was the only one that answered their phone....they said they would send someone right away...they did ..The next morning they started working and did not leave until 1 am....thye came back and worked another 9 hours today....GOD BLESS THESE PEOPLE.....They were considered, very friendly, courteous, I would never call anyone for my need but these men...I recommend this company highly and they did not price gourge because of the hurricane....VERY RELIABLE AND HONEST PEOPLE......
