My grandparents trusted Pitman Plumbing decades ago, as did my parents. The next generations continue the tradition of honest service, quality repairs, and help in a pinch. There are cheaper plumbers out there, but these guys come through time and again. Special shot out to Greg for being so kind to my mother in law when fixing her leaking laundry sink.

I called Greg to replace my kitchen faucet. He was on time and brought all the necessary tools with him. He took off his shoes prior to entering the house, he kept the area neat and clean and took the old faucet and box away to discard. He charged me an hour even thou he spent a bit more time on the job.
I would use him again and I would recommend him. His estimate was accurate for the job, he quoted an hour and he charged an hour. I called yesterday and he came out today. Quick, easy and reliable. The new faucet looks great and works well with no leaks.

I had a leak, didn't know where it was coming from. Called the owner of the company, such a nice guy. He even returned my call after hours and scheduled a time for his men to come out and investigate. Greg came out with another good man, and through thorough investigation and water test - they found the problem, which they quoted and finished job very efficiently and excellent work overall! They are clean and they clean up after themselves! Super nice and overall very good guys. I liked them a lot for the job they did and the price they quoted. Will work with them again and recommend them to my neighbors.

I had a true emergency last night--a water heater on the second floor was leaking, and the leak was getting worse. Worst of all, it was Sunday night. When I called Pitman's number, Greg Pitman answered the phone right away. He was at my building within 30 minutes, and he diagnosed the problem quickly (not only was the water heater bad, but a shutoff valve wasn't working). Greg stopped the leak last night, and came by early this morning and replaced the water heater.

Although Greg is fairly young, he is definitely ""old school"" in his approach to his job. He's knowledgable, professional, and happy to explain everything he does. Pitman will now be my building's ""go to"" guys for any plumbing need we have.

Pitman Plumbing has saved us on numerous occasions - most recently this past week when a major plumbing backup turned our bathrooms into a disaster area. Dale showed up after 9:00 PM and spent about two hours restoring our plumbing inside and outside of the house. They've done it before too with other pipe issues we've had and we also used them to install a new hot water heater. We've had all three of the guys here Dale and his sons Greg and Daniel and all have been super friendly, professional and above all top-notch plumbers. We like their old-school, customer comes first attitude too and that's why we've given them a top rating here and also to our neighborhood group.

Greg Pitman tried to fix a simple issue under our sink. Instead he made it worse which left us with significant WATER DAMAGE. Did he offer or advise us of the problem or repair the damage. NO. He took off and left us with a very expensive repair. Very DISHONEST and avoids helping after he made a very bad error. That is the truth.
