I know plumbers are busy since the snow storm but this is the worst company ever! They will tell you they are coming out and then do not show up or even give you a call to let you know they are not coming. They will give you a new date and do the same thing to you again, When you call to find out the status they are RUDE! I will never use them again and if they had 0 stars that is what they would get.

This service cost a lot of money, and the chief complaint still has trouble. The calling came off of the commons almost immediately, and it's still uneven, so it rocks if we sit on it. When the men needed a supply, they all went to the store, adding an hour to each one's labor.

I have used Pither before with few problems. However when I asked them to clean out a clogged sewer at a rental unit, take a picture of what they pulled out (if anything) and send a picture of it to our cell phone they did not do it. Now I have no idea what the problem was or if I should charge the tenant or eat the bill. I have not received ANY return call from them about this. Not good guys. I need more respect than this. These guys are fantastic! I have used them for a few years now. They handle all of my plumbing needs for my personal home as well as my rental property. They are always quick to come out, get the job done fast and have reasonable rates. I would highly recommend them!

Excellent service! They worked fast, got the job done, and their prices were fair. Antonio definitely knew what he was doing. I thought it was just an easy unclog, but he pointed some things that could give me more problems. Very professional and will definitely call them again.

Outstanding service! I had to have my main sewer line cleaned after a clogged toilet caused backflow to the bathtub. Ron and his apprenticeship were knowledgeable, fast, courteous, and professional. And the rate is more than reasonable. Highly recommended!
