My mom and family have been using Pistol's for a while. The plumbing problems always seem to come at the most inopportune times; once on Christmas day and most recently, a Sunday morning. Derek and his helper arrived within a couple of hours of the call, and went right to work taking care of the clog. They knew exactly how to rectify the problem efficiently and effectively. I was there to help my elder mother, but feel confident that they will provide excellent, reliable service for her future plumbing concerns. I highly recommend Pistol's and am thankful to know this company can take care of my family.

Had a cancellation and came out right away. Man was knowledgeable, respectful and didn't knock my walls down to find the problem. Which he could have done. Thought we had a leak in the wall but he investigated all the possibilities and found the a/c drain plugged and flowing into the bathroom. Used a snake to unplug and didn't charge us an arm and a leg. We were very lucky they had a cancellation. Called 6 plumbers and all were tied up for weeks.
