It started with Steve promptly returning my call and said he was completing a job and would call back shortly to answer questions. He returned the call and put me at ease by answering my questions, sized up the job and gave me two windows of time that he was available to do the work.

He showed up just when he said he would, confirmed the work to be done and quickly got started. Steve was quick, neat and complete. I now have a happy wife with four new shout off valves and two new bedroom fixtures that do not leak. Thank you, Steve.

Based on the generally positive Yelp reviews, we called Steve on a Monday morning. Steve agreed to meet us later on that morning to look at a plumbing issue we were having before he went to his afternoon client. He arrived at the time we had agreed upon. He was able to fix the problem in a short amount of time at a reasonable rate. He was friendly, fast, and efficient! We highly recommend Steve!

Just call Steve n he want to charge me $150. An hour n min 2 hours. I don't think his fare. I only need him to check where the leak is, my house is only 2 years old. Yeah I don't think so don't call Steve I think Steve is a crock in my book.

Oh, Man...Steve to the rescue! I just purchased an older home in Roseville and two weeks after I moved in...plumbing emergency #1. Food waste from kitchen backed up into bathtub - grody!

I called Steve and he fit me in the very next day into an already very packed schedule. He called ahead of time to let me know he was running a bit late (great communication: check!) and showed up at the newly promise time. He worked really hard to solve the problem and was very honest about the state of my current plumbing and future work it would need. He was able to buy me some time and gave me an estimate for what kind of investment I am going to be looking at for a repipe.

Hooray for Steve, he is honest, knowledgeable and AFFORDABLE!

My master bath tub & shower quit draining over time (root issues) and the pipe crushed. The damage was located about 3 feet off the exterior wall. Another co. quoted app. $4-6k to dig outside and tunnel under the house and repair. They explained to me the major cost was digging. So after much research I dug the hole and tunneled under the foundation 2.5 feet exposing the pipe and root. I call many plumbers to fix the pipe and remove the root now that they were mostly exposed. Most plumbers never bothered to come out let alone give an estimate. I assume because the job was no longer a $4-6k job. I contacted Pires Plumbing and Steve scheduled an appointment to come take a look. After the experiences of other plumbers I was amazed Pires Plumbing showed up on time and said yeah no problem! He gave me a quote and a start date. Steve showed up on time and ready to work. Several hours later he called to let me know my shower was flowing again, root removed and damaged section of the pipe replaced. Steve is very meticulous about his work and very hard worker. I cannot say thank you enough to Pires Plumbing! You can expect a quality service at a fair price. Dont waste your time with other plumbers just call Pires Plumbing.

Steve was awesome! We didn't know what was wrong but he went through a bunch of different possibilities trying different things to see if the problem could be solved without breaking the bank. Would definitely refer him.
