Yeah, Steve is excellent, you can't go wrong calling him! Very reliable and reasonable, and great to work with. He installed a new faucet and all new drain pipes for a new sink, all for a very reasonable price. (About 30% of what a large competing company wanted to charge.) Then last night we developed a clog (unrelated) so I called and Steve came by this morning and quickly fixed it, again for a very reasonable price. He's great!

Just worked with Steve and couldn't be happier. I called literally an hour ago and he was in the area so he came by within 15 minutes. My kitchen sink and washer were backed up and it turns out I had to have a pipe snaked (not sure if my terminology is correct). Anyway 45 minutes later problem solved and Steve was a pleasure to work with and very reasonable cost. I will definitely come back and refer my friends/family that need a plumber. Thanks Steve!

Called several plumbers to fix a gas leak. Steve and his associate were the first to come out to look at it. They fixed the leak quickly and were awesome. Jackhammered a pipe out of cement and replaced it and made it look easy. Price was reasonable. I will definitely be calling them next time I need a plumber.

My 92 year old Mother who lives in Sun City Roseville had a problem with a toilet that kept backing up. When my husband and I came for a visit, she told us about the situation. She had another plumber in 3 times to fix the problem. As he didn't resolve the problem, we decided to try Pires Plumbing. Steve Pires called us back very promptly after my husband called him. Steve came within an 1 1/2 hours!! Steve asked a lot of good questions. He explained in detail what he was going to do before he did it and answered our questions. After he was done, he explained what he learned and what my Mother needed to do going forward to prevent a recurrence of the problem. His rates are very reasonable. My Mother, husband and I all had the same sense of Steve: that he's experienced, honest, clear in his communications and great to work with. We highly recommend him.

It started with Steve promptly returning my call and said he was completing a job and would call back shortly to answer questions. He returned the call and put me at ease by answering my questions, sized up the job and gave me two windows of time that he was available to do the work.

He showed up just when he said he would, confirmed the work to be done and quickly got started. Steve was quick, neat and complete. I now have a happy wife with four new shout off valves and two new bedroom fixtures that do not leak. Thank you, Steve.

Based on the generally positive Yelp reviews, we called Steve on a Monday morning. Steve agreed to meet us later on that morning to look at a plumbing issue we were having before he went to his afternoon client. He arrived at the time we had agreed upon. He was able to fix the problem in a short amount of time at a reasonable rate. He was friendly, fast, and efficient! We highly recommend Steve!

Just call Steve n he want to charge me $150. An hour n min 2 hours. I don't think his fare. I only need him to check where the leak is, my house is only 2 years old. Yeah I don't think so don't call Steve I think Steve is a crock in my book.

Oh, Man...Steve to the rescue! I just purchased an older home in Roseville and two weeks after I moved in...plumbing emergency #1. Food waste from kitchen backed up into bathtub - grody!

I called Steve and he fit me in the very next day into an already very packed schedule. He called ahead of time to let me know he was running a bit late (great communication: check!) and showed up at the newly promise time. He worked really hard to solve the problem and was very honest about the state of my current plumbing and future work it would need. He was able to buy me some time and gave me an estimate for what kind of investment I am going to be looking at for a repipe.

Hooray for Steve, he is honest, knowledgeable and AFFORDABLE!
