If I could give this company four thumbs down I would. I used them in the past with no problems. The owner is the same, but the last time I called them was the worst experience I've ever had with a service company of any sort. The owner and a young inexperienced plumber came to my house and the owner assured me they could do everything I needed and made a list. I had requested a high quality kitchen faucet as much like my leaking all metal American Standard as possible, and didn't care if it had 1 or 2 handles. The flappers in the toilets in both bathrooms needed replacing to avoid having to remove the tank lid and seat the flapper properly every time one was used, difficult for a 77 year old with a bad back and balance problems. There were other items on the list made by the owner. Two days later the inexperienced plumber showed up without the list or an experienced plumber. The faucet he brought was probably the cheapest plastic faucet made; he had passed up one I wanted and refused to go get that one and installed the cheap faucet which has low water pressure and handles so loose one seemed about to fall off. One flapper he installed improperly and the water ran constantly. The chain fell off completely two days later, requiring that I shut off the water supply. He didn't know how to do the rest of the requested work or have the needed parts: no list. I was charged $475! When I called to get the rest of the work done and the mistakes corrected I was told they would be back in 2 days. Over the next month I was screamed at, lied to, and hung up on repeatedly by John the owner and Margaret the scheduler. They lied, saying they had called but my cell phone registers every call and they had not called as claimed. They claimed they had come to the house and no one was home. I am disabled and homebound, and had had an aide here on the day they claimed to have come; no one had come. A handyman fixed the flappers and put the needed cylinder in my shower to stop the alternate cold and scalding water when I shower. The handle on the faucet still rattles and I ordered the proper American Standard faucet from the manufacturer but haven't hired a company to install it. Terrible company, terrible service. At this point I would not allow anyone from Just In Time back in my house if you paid me a thousand dollars to let them in after paying $475 for the worst service ever.

We needed someone for a small job....a kitchen faucet to be changed, where the old faucet was corroded in place. Tried my best with a basin wrench to loosen it, but couldn't. Just in Time to the rescue...they were here and got the old faucet out and the new one in, in 45 minutes. I would definitely use them again

I have used this company three times and was very satisfied. Today rancid water started to back up into two sinks. I was worried about it flooding and I called this afternoon. A plumber named Jon called back right away and listened to my problem. He spoke to his boss, called me back, and then told me she said he couldn't come out this afternoon but would be out in the morning and call me at 8:30 am to tell me when. Tonight at 9pm the sinks started to fill with water again so I called and was willing to pay for an emergency 24/7 service. Jon called me back, said it was very late and it would take him hours to get here (Largo to Gulfport, hours?). Worse yet, he told me he didn't know if I was on the schedule for the morning. What kind of plumbing company is this? How unreliable, especially in an emergency!

Hate to leave even one star. When I first called, the office said someone would be at my home first thing in the morning. No one showed and when I followed up, they said they didn't have me scheduled. This happened twice. My situation was an emergency - water was flowing beyond the bathroom due to overflowing toilet and tub. They came in, charged me $350, said problem solved...soon after both were overflowing again. (My mistake was to have them come back into my home). The second time they charged $450. They claimed they fixed everything. Again, I had another flood and hired a different plumber who did extensive work, acid washed the sewer line coming into/out of the house and showed me all of the gunk that was accumulated in the line that had been cleaned out by Just in Time. I have not had another problem. When I disputed the second charge, Just in Time argued, said I was responsible for one of their plumbers being fired, and refused to reimburse me. DO NOT use JUST in TIME Plumbing. They send inexperienced people and are not professional or responsible for their terrible work, as well as being completely unapologetic. I learned a tough lesson and will be diligent in the future.

I just moved into my condo in January 2016. I soon noticed that the tank of my toilet was slowly leaking into the bowl. Not a big deal, but I also noticed the shut off valve to the toilet did not work. A few days later(1/8/16) Just in Time Plumbing was working in my building and they were draining the water to the entire building. The serviceman was taking a break by his van waiting for the last of the water to drain out. I decided to use the opportunity to see if he could replace the faulty valve. He said he could, but he would need to charge me for a minimum of 1 hour. I agreed. The whole job took less that 10 minutes. When he brought the bill up it included a service call, a high mark up on the 2 small parts, as well as the 1 hour labor charge which I had agreed to. The total was $171. I did not argue and I wrote out the check. After the plumber left, I called the company. The plumber was already here, so I did not think I should have to pay for the service call. That fee usually covers the travel fee to get to the site. And, most companies waive the fee if they end up doing the work. I was told that the charges were correct and that was how the company operated. I still think, I essentially paid a service fee twice(once as a separate service charge and again by paying a minimum of 1 hour. I also think $171 for 10 minutes and 2 small parts that cost less than $20 at Home Depot is a very steep price to pay. If a company operated like this back home, they would soon be out of business. I think, they get away with it in Florida because so many new people move into Florida all the time and they do not know how this company operates. I would encourage anyone that needs a plumber to shop around elsewhere.

Late Sunday afternoon, my washer was backing up into my utility tub and kitchen sink, when draining. I called first thing Monday morning and thankfully they already had a tech in my area, so someone came within a couple of hours. Justin was very polite and courteous and got to work right away. He went on the roof to run the snake line, cleared the clog and was gone probably within 30 mins or so. The cost was higher than I hoped, but probably average for this type of service. This is the third time I've used Just In Time Plumbing and have been very satisfied with their techs and service and would definitely recommend them.
