Was reliable, showed up as expected. Wanted my kitchen sink unclogged and found out so much more. Blockage was much further along than my s trap. Was diagnosed that my garbage disposal was the most likely culprit in this scenario. Turns out those disposals were not really initially made for residential but for industry usage. Just got popular with the convenience of things, so everyone had to have them. Is nice to use one minimally, but not mid to extreme, because those bits and pieces that get pulverized may get caught on those old pipes (older homes). Once they get caught, they sit, and eat away at the older plumbing/pipes we can't see, almost like rust, which then could possibly turn into a real costly issue later, especially if you live on a slab. Ended up removing disposal, and re-routing the original under sink pluming to something more efficient than what was there. Seemed knowledgeable, and did a great job.

Piqua Plumbing kept their appointment to come give us an estimate on a project, but they did not keep their appointment for the day and time we scheduled for them to come back and complete the project. I called them twice and left a message both times. They never returned my calls. I understand that things come up and sometimes schedules have to be adjusted, but there was absolutely zero communication from them. What a waste of time!

Our water heater quit working on a Monday. We called Piqua Plumbing and they came on Tuesday morning. They had a new water heater installed within a couple of hours. John was professional and knowledgeable. He had previously installed a new dishwasher for us and we were happy he could help us again. We would highly recommend this business!
