The best plumber I've ever worked with - honest, professional, and efficient. I got my free estimate scheduled quickly. Nikolay came on time, quickly identified issues and provided a quote. The next day he came back with tools and parts, fixed the toilet and the shower cartridge, and installed a new kitchen faucet, and did tests to make sure everything was working properly. Nikolay did everything quickly and professionally.

Great experience overall! I had waste water from the dishwasher flowing out of the air-gap on the kitchen counter. I was able to diagnose the issue, but felt that hiring a professional for the actual fix would be the better idea. Nikolay was quick to respond, offered a free quote, came on time, and was able to fix the issue pretty quickly. I was looking for a plumber to replace my shower head and trims, Insinkerator, and kitchen faucet. I requested a quote through Yelp, and PipeX was one of the first companies to respond. They provided me with a very reasonable quote compared to the others. While I noticed they were new to Yelp, all the reviews looked positive, so I decided to go with them.

Scheduling the appointment was easy, although they did reschedule to the afternoon right before the appointment time, which made me a little skeptical about their service. However, Nikolay showed up at the rescheduled time and quickly began the work. From the very beginning, it was clear that he was organized, methodical, and knowledgeable. The work was clean and of great quality. They cleaned up the area and even took the old parts with them. I'm very happy with PipeX and highly recommend them.

Nikolay was very efficient. We had to replace a kitchen faucet. He was done quickly. He also made sure that the connections to the drain pipes were all tight and proper.

We also asked him to do water heater maintenance (draining the sediments). He did a thorough job of checking the connections while the sediments were draining.

On a Friday afternoon, my water heater stopped working. I initially contacted several plumbers via Yelp. PipeX Plumbing responded to my request in less than 10 minutes and provided a reasonable up-front price to replace my old water heater. They squeezed me into their busy schedule and planned to install it the following Monday. Unfortunately, the particular model was out of stock, but Nikolay tried his best to get it by the next day. He managed to fit me into the schedule and completed the installation by Tuesday.

Nikolay was very efficient, and everything was spotless when he left. I am very impressed with the quality of their work and highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.
