The Pipeworks people all have that customer service chip that most other service companies lack. They are not just great people to deal with, but everyone -- from Todd and Terry to Tony, Nelson, and the rest of the crew -- really dedicated to getting the job done right, whatever it takes and whenever it has to happen. Case in point: Pipeworks installed new AC and tankless heating systems in my circa 1880 house in Kensington. Not easy chores in and of themselves.

Getting everything working perfectly has required some expert tinkering - including on Christmas Eve and then on the 26th first thing. No fuss, no muss, no complaining that it's a holiday, No egregious billing - They (Tony) came. They saw. They fixed it right. They are good people, a great team and their work...works!.

My kitchen sink was stopped up with standing water which I could not clear. In addition, the pipes under the sink were leaking. Pipework came the next day as I asked. They snaked the pipe clear, replaced the pvc pipes under the sink, and replaced the garbage disposal (it was very old and not doing a good job) in less than 2 hours. Very courteous service and I would certainly call them again. They left the under sink area cleaner than how it was! I recommend them highly!

I was genuinely pleased with the all-around excellence and professionalism of the service technician who replaced 3 standard thermostats with 2 smart ones. He could have done a one-to-one replacement but chose to do the better and right thing.

Furthermore, he was thorough in verifying through testing that the heat and cooling systems worked (two different types).

They gave me an estimate via email without having to see the job, which I would expect since it was a simple bathtub drain removal and replacement. They were clear that if there were difficulties getting the drain out it might cost more if other parts had to be replaced.

They confirmed the appointment, showed up on time and did the job. Jason, the technician was great.

Excellent service from Temperature Pro which I understand now is part of Pipeworks Services now. Back in August 12,2020 contacted Temperature Pro (Gaithersburg, MD office). One of the few times I really enjoyed working with a company to do work at my home in Rockville, MD. Jason (Technician) and Terry (Office Personnel) as well as two other technicians that I failed to get there names. Had a gas water heater and chimney liner installed and all the work was done perfectly. Thank you to all.

There are certain jobs you leave to the pro's and Temperature Pro was the real deal. I called and they were at my home in half and hour...all priced up and ready to go. Tony Sperduto the GM came to my house...slipped on his booties and rebuilt a toilet in 20 minutes...guaranteed It and now I have a plumber for life. Great experience!

I spent time looking for someone to verify the issues with the AC at our place of business and consider alternatives to our current service company for a new install of replacement equipment. From the moment I spoke with Temperature Pro on the phone they were courteous and professional. I always felt like our business mattered to them and that ensuring we got the right equipment mattered to them. I communicated a great deal with Todd, the owner. He spent a lot of time discussing options, talking through the unique aspects of how we do business and what would work best for our situation. I felt like Todd was talking to me the same way he would a family member. No pushy upselling, thoughtful consideration of pros/cons, ended up with mid-level model. They worked with us on making a schedule to service our multiple units that frees us from having to do maintenance checks and filter changes but ensures the systems are working well. They showed up exactly as scheduled and Nelson led the crew to complete the install in the timeframe described. They ensure we had what was needed to operate the new thermostat remotely. It was a huge win for us to transition our service to Temperature Pro and everything about them says courteous and professional. I don't take the time to write many reviews, but I felt compelled to after this kind of experience. Todd, Nelson, Terry and the rest of your folks... Thanks!
