Shotty work for job security. Took them over a year to fix a lift station and were more than happy to charge us for every step of the way. Made living in our home a nightmare. Do not call on them. Try fixing it right the first time instead of padding your pockets.

Buyer beware. The office quoted $1,150.00 to replace a 40 gallon water heater over the phone. When technicians arrived, they identified the water heater as a 50 gallon model instead of a 40 gallon.

One of the technicians stated that it would be in our favor because the 50 gallon tanks were less expensive than the 40 gallon. Price would be around $1,300.00.

After they completed the installation, it was denied the conversation took place, thus resulting in a charge of $1,647.59.

Will not be requiring their services in the future.

i'd like to give this company 5 stars, but they charged me for them having to go to a big box store for an extra part in order to install my new dishwasher properly. A whole hour! Because of this; i can only give a half-hearted recommendation for hiring them. When i asked about not including this hour in the charges, one of the installers looked at me like i had two heads or something. I guess everyone is hard up for money, but this was not fair to me especially being a retiree. But, i will say that my dishwasher is running nicely and smoothly after they installed it.
