Dominic the owner is so responsive, he came round to install a vanity for my Dad and went well above and beyond. The team ended up having to move all the plumbing and drain and finished the job so professionally. They needed to do a lot more than initially discussed and they completed the job perfectly. I would definitely recommend Dominic and his team for any job.

Wow...called and left a message to Dom(the owner)..he called me back in 10 minutes. I was impressed. I needed work done on my furnace..no heat. Well they came the very next day and let me tell you..Alex was fantastic! Neat and clean workmanship and he explained everything to me with alot of patience which I appreciated. Work was done quickly and efficiently and I am thrilled. I will ALWAYS use them from now on! PSE&G quoted me a price double the price..shame on them! So new expansion tank and valve is working perfectly!

Domenic left the old water heater in the basement rather than taking it away. So now I am having to pay someone to get it removed. This guy is unresponsive to my calls and untrustworthy. Do NOT use this guy.

PipeWorks Mechanical replaced our home's AC (two HVACs) this Spring 2022. They did a great job. Their price was lower than the two other quotes we received. Dominic, the owner, was easy to work with and very professional. They were able to keep to the proposed schedule and communication was great from start to finish. Additionally, when we had a question about something a few months afterward, Dominic called back within a few minutes. Highly recommended!

If I could rate this a zero, I would. Horrible customer service. I made an appointment, guy shows up and seems completely ignorant. When I ask him if he knows what he is doing, he's offended and insults my intelligence because I'm a woman.
I sent him packing and called someone else.

I have no idea how long this place has been in practice, they were recommended on a FB group but holy cow! They are horrible

I had an appt. for 9 am on 1/7 2020. At 930 I texted to see if someone was delayed . No response. At 1030 I called to ask if it was worth my time to wait any longer. No response.I left the house and called multiple times during the day.At one point I called and said it would be the professional thing to do to call and explain. No response.The following day I called another plumber by noon that day my problem was solved. I wouldn't waste my time with this company
