I contacted Pipetech to have a hose bib replaced at my house. They sent out Richie to do the work. I was given a 5 hour window for the technician to arrive and Richie arrived about 30 minutes into that window. He looked at the hose bib, then grabbed his tool bag and went to work. He had the new hose bib on within a few minutes and now the faucet is working fine. He was very pleasant and knew his job in replacing the faucet. Things are back to normal at my house and Richie helped a lot with that. I would recommend Pipetech and especially Richie to anyone who needed plumbing work done around their home.

Richie came out this morning to do the 17 point plumbing inspection and when he flushed the water heater, the water came out orange - RUST! He was able to replace the water heater on the spot with a new Rheem unit, then finished the inspection. While he was here, I had several questions about the operation of my water softener and RO system and a leaking hose bib, all of which he addressed on the spot. He was courteous and efficient and I am very happy with the work. I also recommended him to a neighbor who stopped by to chat while Richie was working on the water heater and I think the neighbor was impressed by what he observed.

Had Ryan come out for a simple fix. While he was here, he gave me a quote on a new hot water heater. (Original came with the condo and turned out to be 16 years old!) A few weeks passed, and he reached out to see if i had made a decision about replacing the old unit. I did some price shopping, and found Pipetech's prices to be competitive with the big box stores. (Plus, installation, taxes, and haul away were included in the price!) Called to make an appointment, and had the new heater installed the very next day. No upcharge, no surprises, no problems. Nice to finally have a plumber I can trust.
