We are very happy with the service. We had a broken sewer line, under the slab. The estimate from Pipes R Us was $1,000 less than the three places we tried. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. The plumber was out the same day to make sure we were able to us the plumbing, at no extra charge. The work was completed on time and for the price quoted. The plumber even repaired one of the toilets at no extra charge. We highly recommend this company.

We have used the emergency services 3 times over the past 7 years. The company responds quickly and efficiently. The administrator taking the call is always polite, friendly and takes the information and clearly details the problems and then repeats them back.
The service people are also friendly and efficient. In each episode they identified the problem and completed the work very quickly. The bill was reasonable.
We would definitely call them first for future plumbing needs.

Brandon came a few days ago to fix a problem at my parents' house while I was in town for Christmas. He was very pleasant and friendly, explained everything as he figured it out, and solved the problem efficiently. He also helped with some good advice on preventing future problems.

So I just bought a house and wasn't entirely ready with the small staff of handy-people I would soon need (gardeners, contractor, electrician, etc.). So when I awoke to shortly thereafter find the upstairs shower backing up, and flooding, my downstairs shower, I yelped for the closest plumber.

Pipes R Us is right by my house and the woman who answered the phone could tell I was panicked. She had Brandon come out that afternoon to see where the clog is. He concluded it was in the city pipes so I called S&WB and Brandon, very nicely, did not charge me anything for the visit.

Fast forward a week, I receive the ultimate passive aggressive letter (21st century, I think not!) from the S&WB stating that the clog is indeed my problem because it's a 1.6 feet within my property line. Lame. But never fear, I have a plumber now! I scheduled a time for Brandon to come out to figure out this mythical clog.

He is always so polite and efficient! He ran the cable and got it all taken care for a really great price! I definitely recommend them, plus their slogan is ""let us peep in your pipes"" which deserves your business all on its own :)

These guys were great. I'd had a friend of a friend who works for a rival company come out. They immediately told me that my main sewer line was cracked. Pipes R US then came out and actually cleaned the pipe and explained that I had a root problem that didn't necessarily require a new sewer pipe (which would cost $2K). So, the other plumber who works with bourgeois immediately had said that the situation was a disaster, while Brian at Pipes R Us actually considered the issue and offered options in terms of dealing with the problem. I'm now using a root destroyer and monitoring the issue while my plumbing is working just fine.

On top of that - Brian showed up right on time at 7:30 AM. Issue was fixed in less than an hour and I made it to work on time. Great experience - will surely do business with them again.

I discovered a huge hole in front of my house, about 4ft deep! Who knows how long it was going on. My handyman suggested there may be a sewer line break, and recommended Pipes R Us. I am so glad he did. They were able to come and video scope and do the repair in the same week! The guys Tony, Tommy & Chris were friendly and professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I had great confidence in them as they explained the problem and the resolution step by step. They were meticulous in their work and the clean up and it was all done at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

I needed to get a pipe inspection for the purchase of my home. My real estate agent recommended these guys. They were able to schedule an appointment within days. The guy who came out arrived early and did the job in no time. He was extremely knowledgable, excellent communicator, and took the time to explain everything.

I walked away with a copy of the video in case I need it for insurance purposes at a later date. But I also left knowing a great company I can call if I have plumbing issues later. I highly recommend this business.

These guys were great. I had had a huge problem even finding a plumber to answer the phone or call me back, but the lady I talked to at pipes r us was very nice and scheduled my appointment while I was on the phone with her. They came out the next day and called to let me know they were on the way. They fixed my toilet and the price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend.

Kept changing the price, of course more expensive than quote. Came to the property to check progress, a Hispanic family was do the work, not kidding, wife and kids. Didn't speak a word of English. Never hit their deadline by a week.

Excellent customer service and plumbing expertise. From the nice lady who talked to me on the phone to the two gentlemen who fixed my clogged pipe. I was panicked. Water was coming up through the drain and spilling out onto the floor for my downstairs bath. We couldn't run any water in the house for fear that it would get worse. I called and they had someone come out right away. Within 30 min they arrived and new exactly what was happening immediately. They also advised me on how to prevent this issue in the future. I would recommend them to anyone.
