Let's discuss the customer service here, WOW!! I called yesterday in a tizzy bc a tube under our kitchen sink popped off & I needed it fixed ASAP as we are in the process of selling our home. Ruth answered & told me she could get someone out first thing in the AM!! Even better, when morning came, she was able to send her tech even earlier!
Nico showed up & was so kind as he thoroughly explained everything. Instead of just fixing the broken tube, he explained how the tube was set up to fail from the get go due to gravity. He installed a new one, ran the dishwasher to confirm the leak was gone! In addition to our initiaL problem, Nico was able to tackle repair requests from the new buyer same visit! I am so appreciative of this company & will definitely be a returning customer!

I called Ruth to schedule having 4 faucets done at my house, Mike and Nico were great I felt they were careful and actually cared about the work they were doing. I know it was done right and in todays world that means a lot. If you need plumbing done with a company you can trust call pipes!!

Have used Pipes Plumbing for many years. Most recently they came out on a holiday and repaired a water main break. They are courteous, dependable, and get the work done. They are a ""go to"" resource for me. i enjoy working with a ""local"" company owned by folks i see in the community.

The best They are courteous on time And cost effective
They always respond quickly and get the job donee

20 years ago I had a plumbing leak. Vern & Ruth were so helpful in helping me sort out the problem. I have multiple properties and they have been my go-to plumber ever since. Thank you Pipes Plumbing. JP

Not sure why all the good reviews. We had a terrible experience. They charged us $800 to replace an outdoor faucet and hook up a small beverage refrigerator. My husband could have done it all in an hour and they managed to take over four. More importantly, I was surprised that the guys who showed up seemed very unsure about basic installation issues that any plumber would easily know. They kept asking us questions we hired them to know! Should have been our clue for a red flag. For $170/hr we really expected more professionalism. We hired another local company and they did everything perfectly in a fraction of the time and didn't ask us a single question. Sorry- can't recommend these guys.

Quick response and good value.
I got a referral for Pipes when I discovered our 13 year old water heater @ home was leaking two days ago. I called and had a local plumber look at it, and it was determined it needed to be replaced, they gave me a quote. I called Pipes for second quote, even called a third plumber. 3rd plumber was over $800 more and would have to pay an additional $300 in overtime to get it done the following day since they were booked up.
The savings going with Pipes allowed us to get the extended 10 year warranty. They called when they were 30 minutes away, showed up on time and completed a very clean installation. Very happy customer and will use them again!

Ruth at the office makes poor excuses to provide service and redirects you to other companies. This has been an ongoing issue for a few years. Paid for costly services in the past and had a minor disagreement with material cost so tagged my husband and I as problematic customers. We paid for entire service in full regardless. Ruth acts as the key holder for future good service and it is very unfortunate that she is providing a disservice entirely to the company and potential clients.

I recently had maintenance on my whole house water system and a repair to my toilet done by Pipes Plumbing. I have used them in the past, and once again, was so very pleased with their work. Robert has been the one to perform the work on the last three occasions. He is very courteous, neat and knowledgeable. He is happy to discuss any of the steps involved and address any concerns or questions I have. It is so nice know that the work that I need done will not only be done efficiently, but by someone I know is respectful of my time, as well as my home.

I tried a do-it-yourself repair on a Sunday, bad idea! Unfortunately, I was unable to finish the project (40 year old cartridge was stuck in shower valve) and couldn't turn the water main back on. I called Pipes, Ruth called me back quickly (even on Sunday), twice actually because I had to check something and call her again. When I confirmed around noon that I would like them to come out and fix it for me, she said they would be there in 1-1.5 hours. They were early, got there before 1 o'clock. I did have to pay the higher weekend rate, of course, but he was able to remove the cartridge without having to replace the whole valve (it did take quite a bit of effort to get it out) and he finished well within the first hour. Then he fixed my showerhead as well, which he noticed was dripping. I would have been without any water for at least 24 hours if Pipes hadn't been available and so responsive. (Another company I called said sorry, you'll have to wait until tomorrow afternoon, Monday.) Ruth was great, they were timely, professional, and the shower works perfectly now. I would highly recommend them, they turned a potential nightmare into a manageable situation. They will be my first and only call for all my plumbing needs, no more do-it-yourself plumbing for me.
