I called Pipes Plumbing on the recommendation of some very old friends (and have lived long enough for that to work on several levels), and can't say enough good things about them.

piping at my house is in the ceiling. Sunday night, the line between the hot water heater and the clothes washer burst. fortunately, the damage was limited to the garage/home gym where the flooring's concrete. I called Monday morning and a crew was there to patch things up before I made Wyatt breakfast (a chorizo, egg, cheese, and bean burrito).

by the time we got around to morning showers, we were good to go. got a plumbing problem? these are the folks to call.

I had hired Pipes Plumbing for a partial re-pipe of our hot and cold water lines back in 2018, and they did a really wonderful job. Ruth was very responsive and informative during the whole process, and her team was very kind and professional. Even though it was a super messy job with the ceiling and walls cut open in our kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom, and garage, the team spent a lot of time taping off these areas, and they were able to contain the mess. After the job was completed, they also did a really great job with the cleanup. I was very impressed with their level of detail and service. We have never had an issue with our plumbing since then!

Ruth has been so responsive and accommodating to me. Her team recently installed a new 2 way clean out to our main line and a new kitchen line. The previous owners to our home had the hot water tank installed incorrectly and it was a safety hazard- SDGE would not turn our gas on! Pipes Plumbing came out immediately and took a look at it and agreed- it had to be redone. Robert replaced the tank for us and redid the entire area- he did a fantastic job and kept us informed every step of the way! This company is extremely professional and their work is phenomenal. We will absolutely be using Pipes Plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs!

Let's discuss the customer service here, WOW!! I called yesterday in a tizzy bc a tube under our kitchen sink popped off & I needed it fixed ASAP as we are in the process of selling our home. Ruth answered & told me she could get someone out first thing in the AM!! Even better, when morning came, she was able to send her tech even earlier!

Nico showed up & was so kind as he thoroughly explained everything. Instead of just fixing the broken tube, he explained how the tube was set up to fail from the get go due to gravity. He installed a new one, ran the dishwasher to confirm the leak was gone! In addition to our initiaL problem, Nico was able to tackle repair requests from the new buyer same visit! I am so appreciative of this company & will definitely be a returning customer!
