Five star service, work, company- This was my first time needing a plumber as a new homeowner. (I come from a family of plumbers and moved over an hour from them so I know the industry and needed local assistance). I had been looking for a plumber for a few weeks and thought I had someone lined up and they cancelled the day I had scheduled someone to be at my home to let them in. John saved the day. He responded to me promptly, was able to do a site visit to see the scope of the work SAME DAY and do the work the NEXT DAY. Pricing was fair, understood my specific needs and an absolute delight to work with. I will 100% hire John again for any and all plumbing needs I have.

I have used pipes plumbing twice and found John to be a very efficient plummer. However, I've been trying to get ahold of him for the past week. I have left several messages. He has not responded to my calls. I'm very disappointed because he has done a good job on the projects he completed for me. I have now called another plummer. Sadly I will not be calling Pipes again.

I have three experiences with this plumber. First was when he replaced my hot water heater. He was prompt and his rates were reasonable. Then I called him again to fix a toilet. He skipped the scheduled appointment and called afterwards to reschedule. He came at the new time and fixed the toilet. Then, I asked him to install a gas dryer. He agreed and asked me to contact him once the dryer arrived, which I did, but after some texting back and forth, he stopped responding and never responded. After 4 days of crickets, I contacted a different plumber who responded within a half hour and came the next day to hook up the dryer. I will not be calling Pipes for the rest of the work I'd like to do in my home.

John (Pipes Plumbing and Heating) was recommended to me by a good friend who is a perfectionist. He raved about John's excellent work ethic - punctual, competent, neat, personable and fair pricing.

I had John do a number of things at my home for which I was very pleased.

My friend was correct in his recommendation. We scheduled the appointments and John told me exactly what he was going to do and how much it would cost. On the rare occasion that he was running late for an appointment, he called to let me know of the delay and when he expected to arrive. After the work was completed, the only way you would know that he had been in my home is that the plumbing worked correctly - no mess, no clean-up for me.

As you can see from my rating of John, I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a competent, personable plumber.
