I've had PipeRight install a utility tub, repair a leaky kitchen faucet and fix a cracked fitting under my bathtub, and I am very satisfied with both the quality of work and the quality of the people who performed it. In the first instance, PipeRight spared me the agony of shopping for a utility tub by doing the searching and ordering. The young plumber who did the install was thorough and personable, and he performed the labor on the tub and faucet seamlessly. That he didn't mind being observed and fielding my questions is something that I value from the people who are hired for various home fixes. (You don't have to be keenly sensitive to see that some technicians get irritated when you are standing over their shoulders.) The gentleman who fixed the leak under my bathtub through the narrow confines of a access panel in a bathroom closet was also amenable to fielding my questions, and he kept me informed about what he was doing every step of the way. He worked quickly and efficiently as he stemmed a leak that threatened the integrity of a ceiling.

There's something to be said about family-owned companies as PipeRight is, and I think their level of service in terms of responsiveness and quality is something other companies should emulate. No service-oriented industry is perfect, and I'm sure PipeRight has irked a customer or two along the way. In an age when laxity from many service-oriented companies seems to be the rule rather than the exception, however, PipeRight has my business whenever I need work done.

This was the third company I had out to clear my sewer. They were able to accomplish what the first 2 companies couldn't do...they are knowledgeable and honest. The advice I had been given was that my problem would cost THOUSANDS to repair. Gene took the time to listen and go over my video (gotten from
The previous company who said I'd need an excavator) and asked me to try one more clean out before tearing up my basement and/or yard. He could have gone along with an overpriced and unnecessary repair, but instead cleaned out my problem with a PROPER use of blades and knowledgeable technician, George. I was quoted a price to install 3 bathroom faucets and the lady left message on my voicemail and I agreed to proceed. I did call and ask her to send me a quick invoice but she did not do that until they were done with the job. After they were done they charged me 3 times the price of the quote. When I tried to dispute it and tell the lady I had her on my phone message give me a price she said "" that was the price I gave you for each faucet, which was never clarified. Even the guy who worked for them thought it was ridiculous. I would not recommend them at all. The lady was rude and never tried to apologize or work with me.

Geno was a life saver.

I had the fun of having a sewer backup in my basement right before I left on vacation. Geno came over with a camera, showed me the break in my line going out to the street.

With his help I was able to get the line fixed very quickly and at a cost that other companies were unable to match. Geno took care of pulling the proper permits and meeting with the city inspector as well.
