I have left messages and no one will call me back. what kind of reputable plumber will not return phone calls?

Called on Monday; they said they would be here on Tuesday between 9 and 12. It is now 12:30 and they are still not here. I have called them twice. First time, they said I was next and it would be minutes. Second time I called, no answer at the office, third time they said it would be 20 minutes. It has been 25 minutes and they are still not here. They said they would call and keep me apprised of their arrival. No call from them; I had to contact them. I'll write more if they ever get here and do the work. I'm having a dinner party and cannot use my sink; blocked up disposal. Rotten service thus far. Unhappy customer in Sea Pines

Called the office in August and made an appointment for their first available estimate for the replacement of 3 tubs and piping which was 10/7. I called again on Tuesday 10/6 to confirm the day and time and was told that I was not on the board, but someone would show up. No one showed. I left a message for Vivian and Becky that my appointment was not held and asked for a call back. No call has yet to be received. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

For every good experience there is a bad one. I had an appointment to do some sink work. They had a window from 1pm to 2pm. At 2:30 I called to make sure they were still company. Owner assured me they would be there. At 3:45 I started calling (3 times) leaving 3 messages to call me. No answer. No return calls not even the next day. Wasted an entire afternoon. Good luck working with these people.

I had a great experience with Piper! They gave me a reasonable quote for the work I wanted done when I hade the appointment. They arrived at the time they were expected. The work was completed as expected and in a professional manner. And the final bill was actually less than originally quoted!!! So in summation... on time, fixed and under quote!!! What more could you ask for!

Piper offers a wide array of services beyond the scope of many """"plumbers"""". Their workers and the company are first class. Yesterday they cleaned out 125 feet of a drain that runs the length of our house - done in 2 hours and working perfectly for a reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone in the bluffton/hilton head area. Frank F.

I've used Piper Plumbing through the years, to service plumbing issues, and emergencies, in our multiple Hilton Head rental properties. Always, Vivian (owner) is responsive, helpful, and expedient. The plumbers they employ (IE: Travis, Waylon) have been working long term for this company. They are knowledgable and polite, and show up in a prompt manner. I've had other BRIEF dealings, with another plumbing company on the Island last year, (only because the Condo Regime / Association hired them.) I had a terrible experience, and was ripped off hugely. Eventually, I hired Piper on my own, and they fixed everything! I will post another review for the terrible company on the appropriate page. I can tell you though, that the name is B---er Plumbing in Hilton Head.

Very unethical! I had 3 calls in a 10 day period for the same unresolved issue. I was charged over $1000 for work that was not completed on a simple drain issue. They always send 2 plumbers and charge for both - I have never experienced this and I have lived in 10 different states. The owner dues not value his customers and does not return calls.

Great fast service. We broke a water line during a party on New Year's Day and piper plumbing quickly arrived to fix the problem at a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again (hopefully we won't need to anytime soon:))
