James Piper is the absolute best in the business! I rarely leave a review, but sometimes when you find a company that you continuously have positive experiences with...you want to let everyone know. I've lived in Dallas the last 10 years and started using Piper Air & Mechanical for at least the last 8 years. He is reliable, arrives ON TIME EVERY TIME, honest and very reasonable with cost/prices. He has helped with maintenance each year inspecting systems spring/fall as well as a replacing a condensing unit. I recommend him to family, friends and co-workers. I actually heard about him from a co-worker after other contractors failed to repair an issue. James is incredibly knowledgeable about HVAC! Give him a call next time you have an problem with your HVAC systems and he will impress you too.

This is the second time Piper Air comes to our home to make an AC replacement.

12 years ago Mr. Piper and his crew were courteous, their work reliable and the service impeccable.

A complete air system failed and again Mr. Piper showed up in time, made an assessment, gave me an estimate and with Covid still harboring around, the summer almost on top and a very thin supply of equipment Mr. Piper was able to help us is less than a week.

After 12 years since we first met him, he still has the same crew, and they are still very nice people who showed up at my house at the set time and completed the work without a snag in half a day.

I am very happy with their work and I highly recommend Piper Air.
