We have used Pipemasters for 2 jobs: One planned and one nature-made! For the later, I e-mailed them at midnight, and they were at my house at 6:45am! That's almost unheard of on the east end!!!

Both times, they were on-time, courteous, clean and reasonably priced. More importantly, they explained the scope of work and reviewed it when they were done. Highly recommend

Had a venting issue in plumbing system. Most importantly to me is they Arrived on time as scheduled. Rob was very thorough in explaining the problem and how they would go about fixing. Work was completed by days end and completed with no issues. I would highly recommend to anyone needing plumbing service.

I called PIpemasters on the recommendation of my contractor to help de-winterize a poolhouse and to have a look at a leaky sink. They were very responsive despite it being Memorial Day weekend and came the following morning. Rob was a breath of fresh air - great attitude, patient explaining things, and clearly competent at his work. He had both tasks done in no time (replaced a cracked pipe in the sink) and readily offered to install the hose bib I'd been meaning to call someone about for months. 3 problems knocked out quickly and at reasonable cost. Overall great experience.
