We have a 40 year old home. We were 29 years old when we moved in and we plan to stay in this home until we no longer are able to be on our own (hopefully many, many years!) We had rusted out steel sewer pipes under our foundation with all of the problems that go along with that issue. We have beautiful floors throughout the house. We would have had to move out of our home for weeks, move out all of our furniture and belongings (including a baby grand piano), dig up all of our flooring, replaced the pipes, the foundation and then replace the flooring. Pipeliners was able to reline all of the pipes without any of that! Things went well. The job was completed in less than a week. We did not have to move out of our home. The crew showed up on time every day, they were respectful, clean and efficient. It was a big job, I wish that I didn't have to do it, but I guess it's like putting a new roof on the house. Pipeling Technologies, Inc caused damage to our units storage and our personal property by breaking a sewer pipe and causing damages. Pipelining Technologies, Inc. was contracted to do a sewer pipe relining in our condo. On April 9, 2018 the workers contacted me and said that while cleaning the sewer pipe, the pipe broke, sending sewage all over my family's personnel property. The installers did not take the proper care while working on this sewer pipe causing damages to our personnel property. The company was notified by our condo board. Pipelining Technologies, Inc. did not deny causing the sewer leak, but they said they would not submit the claim to their insurance company. If your condo is considering using Pipeling Technologies for pipe work, I would run like the plague. This company runs a """"sloppy shop"""". Although they say they are insured, they will make a mess of your property and say they are not responsible.

Having problems with the pipes under your house is never an easy problem to fix and it's never fun! This company is amazing. We had several different crews here several different times, And each team was friendly, professional and efficient at their job. The first group did a video scope to assess the problem-and boy did we have a problem! We had cast-iron pipes that were rotted away, pipe that had holes and pipes that were seriously clogged. The second group came and cleaned out the mess (descaling). The third group came, did another video scope, and then they lined the pipes. If you have to have teams of men at your house for days on end, this is the company you want. All the guys were so friendly and so professional and so good at what they do. Their warrantee is fabulous, and I get to be worry-free about my plumbing.

We just bought a cute bungalow near my sisters in law. Home had a great deal of deferred maintenance including the sewer line/plumbing. We called several vendors for estimates and approach to their work. We initially worked with Taylor Wilson who was often answering his own phone and called back promptly when he wasn't available. The workers Manny (lead), Rashad and Tanvir were a delight to work with. They showed up on time, called ahead, Draped off the walls and floor. Were neat and clean. Extremely pleasant and upbeat. They had clearly defined roles and their inter team communication was excellent. There was a slight issue with our electricity which caused them to go into a backup plan. Much like in the operating room when something does not go as planned, the true test of a team is how they handle themselves under pressure. This group of guys did not miss a beat, did a quick and thorough troubleshooting to solve the problem and were able to finish the install without a hitch. I would definitely recommend this company. All of their video scopes of the lines are available to me to review. My little house now has a fifty year guarantee in the sewer, all without cutting the terrazzo floor. Couldn't be happier.

I'm so happy that we chose pipelining Technologies. It's always scary to start a new relationship with a plumbing company, but they actually exceeded our expectations. They are professional, knowledgeable and nice! It was a huge job, but they managed everything perfectly. I'm grateful and will always recommend them.

These folks were very professional from start to finish. I had some pipes that ficus roots had infiltrated. After the roots were removed they lined the pipes so the problem should not return. There were also some separated pipes on my lateral connection to the town sewer line and they were able to line these at a much lower cost than it would had taken to remove them and replace them. Their actual costs also came in quite a bit lower than estimated because they found a more efficient way to do it. This was a very pleasant surprise. They managed the process very well so there was little disruption and inconvenience. Everyone I dealt with was very personable and professional with a very customer centric approach. They also have new technology so the process is quite rapid!
