Reached out on Yelp around midnight. Responded in less than 5 mins. Sent a person next afternoon. Punctual and on time. Very professional and customer friendly. The person knew what he was doing. Ensured the kitchen sink clog was cleared. Went the extra mile to clear out personal stuff from under kitchen sink and took care of the work. Put everything back where it was before and left the place clean. Very reasonably priced compared to a lot of others. This is what a professional work should look like. Happy with the service. Will hire again when there is an issue.

Cody and his buddy did a great job of providing me with good advice on replacing toilets, they were timely in their work, their work cost was very reasonable, and the work was high quality. They are respectful and professional. I am already looking to get them on to my next project. I recommend them highly!

Called them on a Sunday to look at 2 bathtubs and sink that has been clogged off and on for a couple of years. They came the next day and assessed all of our issues and fixed everything in the same day. They cleaned out the drains for both bathtubs. They also went out and got all new parts for the sink and fixed the garbage disposal that has been broken for years. Super grateful for there help and will be calling them anytime I need there services!

Worst service ever. I needed a sewer scope on my house for an inspection report. Got canceled and rescheduled three times. Had all the excuses from "" got overbooked"" for my scheduled time to ""truck broke down, need to reschedule, sorry about that""...finally came out, did the sewer scope, and said ""I'll have the report back to you tomorrow"". After a couple of days, called to get an answer, just got a text back, ""hey sorry, busy, I'll call you back"".. of course no call back. Called a few times back, no answer, voice mail. After 3 weeks of no contact, finally had to hire another company. Came out the next day, got the report back next day. With service like that, I'm shocked Pipeline NW is still in business. Definitely stay away from these clowns.

One star because the guys that came out were pleasant. Otherwise, if I could give zero stars, I probably would. I had a poor experience due to awful communication. Or lack of communication since I haven't heard back despite messaging them.
I requested a quote through Yelp for a clogged storm drain on Friday 02/26 and Steve responded quickly that same day stating that he'd be able to come out on Monday. I replied that anytime before 5pm would work and never heard back from him. I messaged him on Sunday 02/28 asking if I'm still expecting someone to come out to my house the next day because he never asked my address or gave me a time. He did not reply to me, but instead had someone else text me the next day on Monday 03/01 (the day they were supposed to come out to my house). I gave them my info and updated them that anytime before 330pm would work for me. They said they weren't able to do that and we picked a new day/time. They asked me to call them later to talk. I asked if I could call them now and they left me on read. So I replied an hour later that they can just call me whenever. The text was received/read, but I never got a response or call.
The guys came out the next day Tuesday 03/02, said my storm drain was clogged and that they'd send me a quote the next day for the work that would need to be done to fix it (excavation and hydrojetting). They said it'd be a couple thousand dollars and that the money I paid today would be credited towards that project.
Didn't hear anything or receive a quote for a couple days so I message Steve back though our existing Yelp message on Friday 03/05 before the weekend, inquiring whether I would be getting that quote. He didn't reply, but I then received an email of the invoice for what I had already paid. I sent him a 2nd message thinking that maybe he thought I meant the invoice when I really meant the quote for the excavation. It's been 5 days and I still haven't heard back! I wasn't sure if I did something wrong on my part because I thought that I had been clear, calm, and very patient, etc. but I'm over it. I do not wish to hear back from this company. I don't even care about the $230.11 I paid them. I would've been understanding if they had just said something/anything (i.e. we're really busy right now, but we'll reach out in a couple weeks OR we're not interested/looking to take on this project) instead of just ignoring me and wasting my time. I don't think that's too much to ask for.

Steve and his business partner are awesome! We needed to find out if our pipes were in good shape. Their honest review was a breath of fresh air. I've found the company that I will be using for all of my future plumbing needs. Trust is essential in these things and Steve has gained mine. If you hire these guys you won't be disappointed!

Steve and crew are fantastic! I was in need of a plumber and they were highly recommended by a neighbor. I had water damage to the carpet in my basement and they were able to trace the damage to an upstairs toilet and fixed it. They also did a sump pump inspection for me (another company had quoted $275) but they did the diagnosis and both repairs in under 30 minutes for a very, very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend if you want reliable work from a knowledgeable plumber you can trust.
