BUYER BEWARE!
One of the worst experiences with a business I have ever had. I wish I could give ZERO stars, but I had to give it one as Yelp only gives me that option.
Another 'licensed' plumbing service installed a water purification device on a my cousins home in Mahopac and not only left a flooded mess, but left the job with 5 dangerous violations and believe it or not, the house with the ground wire hanging and attached to nothing. This is a potentially serious fire hazard and the company should have known that.
Pipeline USA was called to fix the problems the first plumber left. Photo's of the job were shown to Pipeline owner Ed and he agreed that the previous plumber did in fact leave a dangerous and botched job and it was very dangerous.
After a price was negotiated, Ed agreed to get right over there and take care of it. He seemed like a great guy, but it was all a lie...
A few days went by and no Ed. I called to say, ""Hello Ed, the house still has no ground and no one has called or stopped by.""
Two days later...still no Ed, so another message was left. Two days after that...still not word from Ed and now the office doesn't answer or return calls. It is now 9 days that we have not heard from the owner of a company who promised a quick response and repair, and the house is still in the dangerous situation that was left.
Both of these companies are the most negligent and disrespectful companies I have ever dealt with. The pure ignorance and arrogance is obvious, which is surprising as one doesn't know how to do plumbing and the other is just disrespectful and negligent.
With all the great plumbers in the Mahopac area....whatever you do...do not even think of either of these, or you may be either getting a botched job or worse...no one ever showing up.
Need more details on this...I'm even willing to post my number.

I was referred to Ed Vitale by another heating company when I needed a 27 year old gas-fired boiler repaired. He came by my house only a couple of days after I spoke with him, and because we had no heat at all, made sure to order the necessary part right away. Andy, the service tech who came out to do the job, was able to figure out that there was also a problem with low gas pressure coming into the house. Ed made the call to the utility company and was able to get them to come out immediately to repair the gas pressure problem. I have later learned that dealing with the utility company is not easy, so this extra step is much appreciated. Everyone I dealt with was nice, explained everything and the work was done well.

Disappointed. Was turned down from service just because im not an existing customer. It is cold outside and i have no hot water!! i just don't understand a company that refuses to provide service, they probably don't need the money.

If you need a plumber don't waste your time calling someone else, call these guys. I have had them do a variety of things at my home and they are all very nice, very respectful of my home [they work neat and clean, no cleaning up after dirty boots and messy work-site] and they are excellent at what they do.[They can make plumbing look like artwork, really, it's true!] No question, these are the guys to post on the frig for all plumbing needs including commercial, residential, new or remodels and repairs. I needed to have a water heater replaced, and was going to call them, then I noticed the Trump bumper stickers on their trucks. The owner is entitled to an opinion, but anyone who purposely alienates half his customers won't get my business.

Great people, great service, service guys are super nice, work done excellent and fast, office personal are very helpfull with appointments, owner goes out of his way to get job done perfectly!!!
