I mistakenly out way to much down the garbage disposal and caused a blockage, our realtor referred us to this company!! They are busy but they were able to get us taken care of!! My husband was here when they came out, very happy as the charge was less that what we expected!! Will for sure call again if we have any other issues!! Thank you!!

I scheduled a sewer scope with Pipeline Specialists as part of a home inspection. They quoted me a two hour window of arrival, which was no problem. 90 minutes into the window, I called their office to get an ETA, and they said someone called and cancelled my appointment. I did not. Their best offer was to get someone to the house when they finished their job plus significant drive time and they could not provide any firm commit time of arrival. I would not recommend using their services if you need someone to arrive on time and on the day they guarantee their appointment.

The company recommended by my realtor was fully booked when trying to schedule a sewer scope the same time as my house inspection so using a google search, I started calling around and these guys were able to fit me in.
My clean outs are in the front yard and it just happened to be chucking it down while they were here but there was never a sense of them rushing. While standing there getting soaked he took the time to explain exactly what he was looking at in the camera monitor, pointing out hairline cracks in my clay pipes or where the lines were updated to new PVC. Even tho the house was empty, his helper who kept going into the house to flush and/or turn on water upstairs and down was totally respectful as far as wiping his feet and making sure he wasn't tracking in mud.
He recommended the line from my kitchen to the main sewer be snaked but there was never a hard sales pitch, he just explained the issue and gave me a quote. If he could of, I would of had him do it there and then but seeing as he squeezed me in, he had other appointments to rush off to.
Luckily my system had an otherwise clean bill of health and the seller took care of snaking the line so I did not have a chance of using them again. Oh and they give you a DVD of your sewer line tho I haven't felt the urge to break out the popcorn and watch it :o)
My realtor was impressed with this guy and has used him quite a few times since with his other clients.

Dereck should be your ""go-to"" camera man for having your pipeline scoped. He invited me to watch the process which was great since you can learn so much from being there and asking questions. Afterwards I was given a written explanation, a CD of the scoping and some very good advice.
Dereck was right on time, personable, articulate, charged a fair price and even treated my barky dogs with kindness. I'm happy I called him and you will be too!

If you want a company that will stand by their warranty, give you the best cost, be quick and on-time with their job, then Pipeline Specialists are who you should go with. I did a 8 month home rebuild, and Pipeline was one of only two contractors that not only were on time but did their job professionally and for a great price. A year later, when I had issues, they came out, assessed the problem, and fixed it the next day. They could have easily made it a nightmare, or claimed that it was not their problem, but they owned up to a simple oversight, and within one day pulled the permit and got a crew over here. I'm watching their team do a great job right now. From personal experience, a company can easily drag out an issue like this, creating a bunch of headaches. Working with them has been a pleasure, and you won't find another company that does this work for a comparable price. Thanks Pipeline!

Deeply disappointed with this company. Paid $$$$ to replace section of damaged pipe and add cleanouts. The invoice we signed clearly stated that they are not responsible for sprinkler system damage caused during the course of the service. BUT, ONE WOULD THINK THAT THEY WOULD AT LEAST HAVE THE DECENCY TO TELL YOU THAT THEY BROKE YOUR SPRINKLER LINE RATHER THAN SIMPLY BURY IT AND WALK AWAY. Instead, Pipeline Specialists went ahead and filled the area back in with dirt and called the job done. We turned on our sprinkling system for the first time since the work was done and found that we are now missing about a foot of pipe right where they did their work. Contacting the owner only resulted in a long drawn out condescending lecture on the use of earth moving equipment and how they can't be expected to know they damaged other systems. I was told that they break people's sprinkler lines all the time and it's not their problem.

Two days after moving in to our new house we discovered a problem with out drains. Any time we did a load of laundry, water poured out of the emergency drain in the middle of the floor. We called a company that rhymes with TOTO TOOTER who sent a guy buy to snake the drain. That didn't work so he called a camera guy to come look at the pipes. We were told that our pipes were fine under the basement but there was a grade problem in the yard and that was causing the problem. They said it'd cost $6,000 and we'd have to dig up our yard.
We got a second opinion from Derrick and THANK GOODNESS WE DID! The pipes under our basement were completely rusted out. There was no pipe at all on the bottom, just the clay under the house. Derrick was able to get the whole thing jackhammered up and fixed in two days. And it didn't cost us ANYWHERE near $6,000. Everything works great now. I'm guessing there was never a problem with the grade so I'm really happy we didn't dig up our yard.
Thank you Derrick!

Worst day is when the sewer broke under ground in the yard and under the street. Contacted Tom and Derick at pipeline. Got a bid, very competitive. Tom came out to do a locate and write up. Said they could do the job the same week within a day or two. After several other bid decided on pipeline. They said the crew would be on site at 8:00 am. At 8:00 am they were here. At 8:01 am they were already at work despite the fact that I had donuts and drinks for them. They did not waste any time and began the pipe replacement process. They explained what the were doing did not seem to mind that all of the neighbor and I were watching this process. The crew seem to work very well together. Knew what the other was dong and always there to help each other. Very little down time from start to finish. They cleaned up the yard pretty well at the end of the job. Replaced the broken sprinkler line due to to construction. Very polite, hard workers and appears to be a good job. I asked the city inspector when he arrived it the job looked ok. He said the did a good job.
Price was competitive
Service was great
Several pay option (this was nice)
Did a good job on clean up and preserving the landscaping.

After screwing around with another plumber for a day and a half I called at Pipeline Specialists, who I found on Yelp, and he came over in 45 minutes. His bid was $600 less than the first company, and I was flushing toilets by 2 (he promised 4). The next day their work passed inspection and they had the 7 foot deep trench filled in, my yard cleaned up, and were gone by 2 pm. I would recommend these guys any time.
Also, I paid $250 for the first plumber to snake the drain and send a camera down it. Pipeline Specialists charge $150 for both services and gives you a DVD of the sewer, which is helpful for insurance purposes.

I recently had these guys come and fix a broken tap and another break in my main sewer line. The price I was quoted was right about what I was expecting to have to pay, if not a little less. They did an excellent job and got everything done and cleaned-up by the time I got home from work. Backyard didn't look any worse for the wear and I didn't have to pay a penny more than the original quote. If you need work done on your sewer line, I highly recommend giving Dereck a call.
