I have been using Jay for about 6 years for both my commercial buildings as well as residential services. I have been fooled in the past by other dishonest plumbers and would pay twice the price for Mickey mouse jobs. That was until a friend of mine recommended Pipeline Rooter and Plumbing. 2 of my Locations had issues with tankless heaters and he came immediately, took a look and knew exactly what was wrong. Needless to say i was very pleased. These guys are knowledgeable in the trade. The owner is an honest guy and very dependable. If you need a plumber, these guys are it! I will never use any other plumbing service again!

We've been using Jay for our 100 year old house in the Hollywood Hills for over a decade now. He's an intelligent guy and a great plumber. He's done just about everything for us over the years, from install a toilet, to fix a leak, to trenchless sewer repiping and servicing our inline water heater. He is quite busy, so if it's not an emergency, it can take a day or two to get on his schedule. Well worth it, though. Plus unlike other plumbers we have used, he's pleasant and professional.

This is the most horrible and unprofessional service I've ever gotten. This guy from Pipeline Rooter and Plumbing was sent to us by Sears Home Appliance Warranty, to fix a leaking kitchen faucet, and on the same day he claimed he fixed the leaking, the whole faucet fell apart. I called him to asked them what he did to it, he said it was too old and it broke. And in the invoice he only put ""Leaking Faucet"" Then I called Sears since it was their contractor, and they sent them to me, and Sears said that they never received a report for Pipeline so they couldn't help me, I called pipeline they said ""We sent it"", but Sears told us they don't cover old broken faucets. What!!! The faucet was working perfectly and it was just LEAKING. After Pipeline came I have no working faucet. Neither Sears nor Pipeline want to take responsibility, Pipeline claims they didn't brake it, Sears says they never received the report from Pipeline that it was broken, of course they never received a report saying it was broken, because it wasn't BROKEN, pipeline broke it. The guy even told me I glued it, so don't use it for the next 2 hours. I asked why? He said it was too old so it broke when I was fixing it, but I glued it and it will be alright to use in a couple of hours. And he took my $100. co-pay
I immediately closed down my home appliance warranty with Sears and I'm planning to take legal action against both, Pipeline and Sears. I've been 3 months with no kitchen faucet because neither wants to take responsability. Yet the monthly amount of $69.99 was religiously taken from my account by Sears.
I would never recommend to hire Pipeline Rooter & Plumbing, and I would never recommend any one to buy the scam of Sears Home appliance Warranty, I was with them for almost 2 years and never had this experience, all the other appliances were repaired or replaced with no problems, but this last one just lost the trust and just the way the Sears Manager talked to me, and the Pipeline guy, like blaming me and almost calling me a liar, I got stuck in the middle of both unprofessionals and scammers.

The Hollywood Adventist Church has worked with Jay and the guys over at Pipeline rooter and plumbing for years. Everyone is so helpful and they work hard to make sure that our needs are met. Even when we have had plumbing emergencies the crews have responded quickly and got us up and running again. We highly recommend them if you are in need of a plumber.
