Scot came out to check for a leak, no charge. He spent about 30 minutes testing the system, and he determined the dampness under the crawlspace was ground water since we live on a slope and not our pipes. We previously had a company bid us $750 to find the leak (ridiculous), and these guys tested it for free. Very professional office manager and plumber arrived on-time. No scams, no bait/switch. I would highly recommend this company, and I will call them again for future plumbing needs.

Pipeline Restoration. Call them for your next plumbing leak!!! You couldn't ask for a better bunch of guys for customer service, dependability, professionalism and respect. They are quick to respond too! Michael and Chris told me what they are going to do, and explained possible repair options. The price I was quoted was less then half of what the ""other guy"" quoted! My quote was for one leak, in the process they found a second leak, dirt clogging my pipes and the cartridge on my shower faucet had to be replaced. The work never stopped!!! What started as a 3 hour job turned into 7 1/2 hours! Chris never complained and never stopped working. He was determined not to leave until I could turn my water on and not worry about leaking...or anything else for that matter. Oh, and he even cleaned up after himself! And in the end I still paid LESS (about $500 less) than that ""other guy"" for more than twice the work! Thank you Chris and Pipeline Restoration!

We are so grateful to Roy and his team at Pipeline Restoration for quickly fixing our leaky copper pipe with epoxy lining! Pipeline Restoration was highly recommended by our neighbor who recently had a similar problem. Roy assisted us on a Saturday over the phone in order to immediately stop the water pooling in our garage. His calming voice and simple explanations eased our worries until Chris could arrive Monday morning.

We were very impressed with Chris' service as well! He was able to arrive earlier than scheduled (calling first to ensure the new time was convenient for us) and completed his portion of the job in under 3 hours so we were able to have hot water back on. Chris was very knowledgeable and patient with our many questions and gave us honest feedback and recommendations for next steps and options (i.e. re-pipe vs. epoxy line existing pipes in the whole house to avoid future leaks.)

The very next morning, Ryan & Travis finished the job in less than 2 hours. They not only did a quality job but also entertained questions from our 3-year-old along the way:) Ryan & Travis were also very patient in explaining exactly what they were doing, when the water would be on & off, and testing that everything was back in working order.

We're so impressed with Pipeline Restoration that we asked for brochures to give to family & friends in need of their great services. Thank you Roy, Chris, Ryan & Travis for all of your help!

This is an amazing company. I discovered I had a leak on a Sunday, I e-mailed Roy he returned my e-mail and was in my home determining where the leak was on Monday. He then identified that the leak was one of two places and it would either be $530 or $1100 to repair but would need to do further testing. Wednesday AM came and Roy called when he was 20 minutes from my home and showed up 20 minutes later. After further testing the leak was located and it was repaired for the exact price I was told. ($530)
It is very refreshing to deal with a construction company that is honest, trustworthy and stands by their word. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I called Pipeline Restoration because of all of the positive reviews on Yelp. I needed a plumber to check for leaks in a couple places in my condo. I spoke to Roy on the phone to set up the appointment--personable and professional. Chris came out for the scheduled visit. During the entire appointment, Chris was professional and friendly, even putting up with my yappy dog. ;) He tested for leaks, explaining the process clearly and thoroughly. Unlike other plumbers who have worked in my home, Chris did only what was needed--very cost-conscious--but he remained vigilant about safety issues and preventative maintenance. The work ended up costing a lot less than what I had anticipated, and I now have peace of mind. I would definitely call Pipeline Restoration for future plumbing problems. Thank you! PS - They offer a coupon for free leak detection testing on their website.

From beginning to end, these guys were awesome. I could hear water running (and see flow on the meter), but couldn't figure out where it was going. I found a couple plumbers on Yelp and called them. By chance, Pipeline was available that same day and the other was not.

Michael, the owner's son, came out to check things out. Very professional and very knowledgeable. He pinpointed the leak within minutes, which was under the foundation in my main line coming into the house. He clearly explained the process of repair, and how their epoxy system works.

The entire repair was done in 1 day, to minimize our time without water. In the morning, Michael came to cut the pipe and verify the leak's location. Just as he left, the next crew (Travis/Jose) came with the equipment to perform the repair. Their repair process with the epoxy is very interesting. SO much better than replacing pipes. Once the epoxy was dry (about 4 hours?), Roy, the owner, came to reconnect our pipes and turn on our water.

No cutting out any drywall anywhere! I am very pleased. I hate paying to fix a leak, but I these guys were very easy to deal with and did a great job. I thought the price was reasonable as well.

I had a slab leak and calling Pipeline was just for a second opinion. But it turns out having Pipeline to fix my slab leak is a wiser choice. It is by far a better option than the ""re-route"" method the plumbing company sent by our insurance company had suggested. Besides a few 12"" by 12"" square of drywall pieces needed to be repaired, there is no big mess to clean up.

I spoke to Roy on the phone and he was exceptionally patient listening to my situation. Roy is very knowledgeable and he sounds absolute confident of their work. He sent out Chris to do the inspection right away. Chris showed up on time that morning and he explained to me in detail how his approach was. What I really appreciate was Chris has seriously taken his time to isolate the problem pipe and check everything thoroughly, and he would not settle for any imperfection as it took him extra long time to locate the problem. He even helped me move out some heavy boxes from the storage room to get to the pipes. Chris found the leaking pipe, then Ryan and Travis came out to do the epoxy coating the following day. Again, they were on time, professional and precise. Not to mention they are all friendly and polite, and most importantly they know what they are doing. Chris came back out later on the same day to complete the final stage of the job. He also changed the leaking kitchen faucet for me, and he even fixed another leaking pipe in the wall on the same trip. Thank you Chris for going to Home Depot to get the 2 tiny parts to finish installing my new kitchen faucet; you deserve 20 stars rating!

All of these repair works cost less than half of what the 1st plumber had quoted me. The prices from Pipeline are very reasonable and I am one happy customer. They treat all jobs the same, no jobs are too small. They really took care of all my problems...thank you again you all! I highly recommend Pipeline Restoration to anyone.

If you're reading this, you've probably got a plumbing problem on your hands, and the last thing you need is the headache of searching for a reliable plumbing company. Well, having dealt with three plumbing leaks INSIDE the walls during the past few years, I can confidently say that Pipeline Restoration will do everything possible to minimize your stress and help you deal with the situation effectively. Everyone I interacted with, from the operator to the owner to the technician who showed up, was wonderful.

The operator was so pleasant that I felt like I was talking to an old friend. Before I called, I was imagining the worst case scenario inside the wall where the hissing sound was emanating from. By the end of the call, I was laughing and feeling reassured that the issue was in good hands. In fact, since the earliest appointment available was the next day, she passed my information on to Roy, the owner, who both called and texted multiple times to walk me through shutting off the water and to check on the situation. I didn't know that business owners like these still existed!

Chris was the technician who showed up and he was very friendly and professional. I was amazed that he could correctly identify exactly where the leak was even before he put on his sound equipment. I was afraid that extensive work would be necessary and that the water would be shut off for days. It turns out that Chris cut a small 12X12 square out of the drywall right in front of the leak (sure enough, I could see water shooting out of a tiny pinhole leak), quickly repaired the leak, and offered advice about how to dry the area out. He also replaced the broken water shut-off valve and cleaned out the aerators in the faucets after he turned the water back on. The water flow from the faucets is now far better than it was before the leak occurred! In less than two hours, everything was repaired and the water was back on--amazing.

One Friday I was sitting in my office and heard a light hissing sound coming from inside the wall. I checked all water valves inside the house and everything were closed. Then I ran outside to check on the hose bibs. Upon checking the exterior, I discovered a wet spot about twelve inch across on the slab foundation. I touched the wet spot and it was warm water. The spot happened to be on the opposite side of the wall where I heard the hissing sound. I immediately thought OH NO. I HAD A SLAB LEAK! So at that moment I went into a panic mode. It must cost me thousands of dollars to rectify this problem and the unpleasant thought of demolishing my hardwood floor to repair this leak hit me hard.

I went back inside and started to google slab leak. I found Pipeline Restoration website and read on their online materials. I called the company and spoke to Ryan. He told me that someone would come in less than an hour to detect the leak. About forty five minutes later, Chris arrived. He was very polite and extremely professional. He had all this gadgetry that he used in order to find the source of leak. He explained to me every step that he did. In about one hour, he had cut two drywall openings about one square foot in size and isolated the problem. He found the leak to be on the copper pipe running underneath the office floor. Chris then capped the section of the copper pipe that he cut. He told me that for the weekend, I would be left with one bathroom and the kitchen without hot water, but my other two bathrooms would still have hot water available. Chris then told me that my epoxy lining would be scheduled for either Monday or Tuesday.

On Sunday, Ryan called to inform me that someone would come to do the epoxy lining. Chris and Travis came around noon. They cleaned and dried the pipe, sandblast it, and did the epoxy lining. It took about two hours. Then Chris told me that he would come back later that day to do the final solder of the copper pipes and screw back the drywall. Chris was fast, methodical, precise, and efficient in everything that he did. Job done! My slab leak problem did not turn into a nightmare. I'm glad I found Pipeline Restoration. It is a very honest company with professional crews. I will definitely recommend this company if anyone had a pipe leak.

Based off the stellar reviews, I decided to call Pipeline Restoration for a free leak inspection. So glad I did! My coat closet had a musty smell and the carpet was very damp. I knew I had a leak somewhere. I called Roy and within a few short hours Chris arrived to inspect my problem. He crawled underneath my dark and scary staircase and determined their was a pinhole leak in my copper plumbing. After all that work, he said the leak detection is completely free and I was not obligated to move forward and welcomed to do more research on-line. No need, at this point I felt comfortable to move forward because I knew Pipeline Restoration had a solid reputation based off of other Yelpers. So, I decided to move forward with the Isolation Service which cost $279 to cup and cap the pipe. Chris discussed with me that if it were a slab leak, the cost would run about $1150 to repair. Every homeowners worst nightmare! After the cup and cap, he discovered that the pinhole was just a few mere inches above the slab. Yippe! I didn't have a slab leak after all. Chris was able to repair my leak and I paid a fraction of what I initially expected to. He was even kind enough to clean up all the dog hair in the crawl space. WOW! What a way to go above and beyond the call of duty ! I was very happy with their honesty and professionalism. And I would definitely recommend Pipeline Restoration to family and friends.
