I had a leaking pipe under my slab, went online and found Pipeline Restoration with almost all excellent reviews, gave them a call and Roy arrived the next day. They have a flat rate to analyze the situation and then they can give you a quote for the repairs.
He located the leak under the floor of the kitchen in the pipe from the sink to the refrigerator. Once he found it, he said that he could simply run a flexible 1/4 inch tube through the pipe that had a hole in it and reconnect the water to the refrigerator. He would do it for an added $50. We agreed; he fixed it and in less than an hour he was finished! He made cuts in the drywall under the sink and behind the refrigerator to fix the water leak, but because the cuts were so neat and precise, he was able to simply put the drywall cuts back into the holes and there is simply a small line showing the cuts. I will put a little drywall mud in them eventually but there is clearly no hurry - the walls are closed. When they left, there was nothing to clean up - it was all done.
What I most appreciate about their work is that they could easily have milked the situation for an extra thousand or two but they didn't. $50, that was it. Obviously I agree with all the other reviews, they were great. Thanks Roy.

This all started with our water bill that had sky rocketed. Clear sign of water leak. Since we couldn't find the water leak - and we looked everywhere, another clear sign that the leak was somewhere under the floor of the house. Nightmare! Images of all torn up house is not pretty. I researched what this all could be on Youtube, and then searched for a professional on Yelp. Found these guys with 5 stars, and great reviews. They did not disappoint. I called them after hours and the next day by noon, they were at the house. They found the leak behind the refrigerator, in the wall. Massive leak - hole in the copper pipes. Put a smaller pipe through it, and had everything fixed, and ready to go the same day in a matter of hours, with a life time warranty for $375. Can't beat that!! Thanks Roy - you are a life saver.

we had 5 leaks in the ceiling and 5 slab leaks over the last 5 years......... re-pipiing seems out of the question, due to the physical layout of our house........when they arrived, they discovered another slab leak, i didn't know about and repaired it during the epoxy application process......we never filed an insurance ""water damage"" claim for fear of insurance denial in the future......they were here for two days.....everything went perfect.....a friend referred us with the statement, ""yeah, they were here ten years ago, and we have never had a problem since then""......we are happy we made the call

Had a hot water slab leak running from our bathrooms to the kitchen. Called them Saturday, they came out Monday and detected where the leak was, and restored our hot water service to the rest of the house. Tuesday they came out and sandblasted and epoxied. Wednesday they came out, pressure tested and restored the line. They also did a pretty good job of putting the 10""x10"" cut out drywall back on the wall so that it should only take a little spackle and touch up paint to never know there was a problem.

Roy Terry came out late this afternoon from Pipeline Restoration for a second leak since purchasing my 1st new home - It was a particularly bad week for me and it is my birthday...unfortunately he caught me in ""meltdown"" mode yet he was brave enough to show up!...all of the plumbers were deployed and he told me he would do his best to get to my home as soon as possible and a few hours later he called and was over in 10 minutes and fixed the leak. Ultimately I will need to re-pipe and I will certainly use Pipeline as this is the second experience with them. Both times they were here within hours of my call and took care of the problem. They are nice too which always makes an annoying experience more pleasant. I would highly recommend them! Roy was great.....

I was searching for estimates on re-piping my home. I called Pipeline Restoration and within 24 hours I received a response. Roy was able to give me a phone quote based on details of my home. He was very knowledgeable and answered the various questions I had.

Bob called me shortly after and offered to come out to my home to confirm the quote. He arrived on time and was very pleasant. Bob was honest, friendly and very knowledgeable as well. I was obtaining quotes from other companies as most homeowners would so, at the end of our appointment, I had to make a choice. Although we didn't go with Pipeline Restoration for our project, they are definitely a honest, well knowledgeable and professional company to deal with.

Top notch customer service. On a weekend (of course), I received an email from a tenant letting me know about a possible water leak (hot tiles) at a rental property I manage. I was panicked and immediately started Yelping water leak specialists in the OC. I contacted Pipeline Restoration and a slew of other companies. I'll admit, I was most interested in Pipeline Restoration from the beginning because of the FREE water leak detection coupon I spotted on Yelp. However, what set Pipeline apart was the time the owner Roy took to carefully and patiently explain to me the process from beginning to end, including any charges. Roy spoke with me on a Sunday, which I'm assuming was his day off. What made Pipeline Restoration a dream to work with from a property manager's perspective is that the very competent office staff took over the scheduling and reached out to my tenant on my behalf so I didn't have to run around being the go-between person. I was told that the teams that came to diagnose and repair what turned out to be a slab leak were very professional and efficient. The estimated cost was very close to the actual cost - in fact, the actual cost might have been a hair under the estimate. All in all, highly recommended.
