I woke up Monday morning to a warm tile floor in my kitchen, hot water slab leak. Orange Coast Plumbing came out and quoted me $3100 to reroute. A friend gave me the number for Pipeline Restoration and they are amazing! Chris and his crew fixed the leak, which I was told by OCP could not be done. They fixed a leak in the upstairs shower and reset my downstairs toilet, all for under $1300. All of the guys were very nice, clean and knew exactly what they were doing! Very rare these days. And at no time did I ever feel pressured or uncomfortable. I will be referring this company to everyone I know! Thanks for making a tough situation manageable! And Thank You Chris for your honesty and patience in explaining everything to me without making me feel like a 2 year old!

What can I say other than THANK YOU, PIPELINE RESTORATION! These guys are really great. Honest, very personable & professional. Once I realized I had an underground water leak, and my HOA refused to pay for it (whole other story!), I was worried. All I saw were $$$ signs, money I don't have to spare. I found Pipeline, sent an email & Roy contacted me right away. He was out at my place the next day, did an inspection of my condo (upstairs unit) & quickly determined I had a hot water leak & that my piping was actually in my downstairs neighbors walls! Again... $$$ signs! Pipeline came back out to inspect my neighbors unit, they were able to detect exactly where the water was leaking with their equipment (not a bunch of holes!), provide me a report & an estimate to repair everything. And this was all FREE! The next day, they had a crew at my neighbors condo & completed the repairs in 1 day! They are AWESOME! And best of all... very affordable. A fraction of what I anticipated. I am so happy, and relieved(!) that this was all done so efficiently & so quickly. Roy, Larry, Mike, Chris & Jose - THANK YOU!!!! YOU GUYS ROCK! I will definitely use them again.

Simply the Best

These guys are fantastic and I concur with others who previously reviewed Pipeline. Mike came out and was able to do what two other ""top rated"" yelp plumbers and a top rated sprinkler repair person could not do -- diagnose the problem and install a valve. That told us it was an irrigation/sprinkler leak not a house leak and Pipeline recommended a competent person to take care of the irrigaton problem, which is now being addresseed. Pipeline explained the whole process before the job and the charges were reasonable for the time they spent with us. Mike even returned to help the irrigation person. That is going over and above what any other plumber would do. I would not hesitate to hire them again for any of our plumbing issues.

These guys are the best. I had another guy sent here from my home warranty that spent 10 minutes inspecting ($250 charge to insurance) and said I have a good sized slab leak and he needs to do a re-route and it will cost between $875 to $3000 and he won't know until he is 'into the problem'. When I mentioned that I hear dripping in the wall, he said he does not hear anything like that with his equipment and it is for sure a slab leak and dismissed my statement. I felt a uncomfortable with his assessment since I know I hear a drip in the wall. This guy was supposed to come back in a couple days to do the expensive fix.

Later the same day I searched on the web and found these guys at Pipeline Restoration and called them. They listened to my problem and said they can have someone out that day or the next morning. That night I discovered another plumbing related issue and texted them at 8PM and they responded right back!! The next morning Chris called early and showed up right on time and was very polite and very, very friendly. It actually felt like I was talking to a friend and he always listened to me and explained everything he was going to do, did do and could do to get my approval before he made a move. He performed the leak detection (they do it for free!) and determined it was NOT a slab leak. There was a little hole I created in an outlet area and he used that to try to look inside and also states that the drywall was wet which confirmed that I was right when I said I heard a drip in the wall. He saw wet wood and told me he believes I have a pinhole leak and it is in an area that he identified with his hand. I told him to go forward and he did a couple cuts and found it! It was a pinhole leak up near the ceiling.

So he fixed the issue and the cost was a mere fraction of what the first guy wanted to charge.

I am very happy and found my plumber for any future issues.

Nothing is worse than being a new homeowner, not being handy, and hearing water running in your walls at 3 am, not knowing what it is, or where the water is going. Early a.m. I heard what sounded like water running in my hallway walls. There was no water coming from the walls, no dripping from the ceiling, and no faucets on. It was so puzzling. I went to the internet to google ""water running sound in walls"", it was my worst nightmare, everyone said it was the symptoms of a slab leak. I instantly saw $$$$'s.

I called several plumbers, several told me over the phone it was a slab leak, they needed to jackhammer my travertine, re-route a new pipe thru the attic. Another came out couldn't pin point the area because he forgot 1 key piece of leak detection equipment, we were told we needed the entire house to be re-piped and to just stop the leak it would require breaking the floor to get to it stopped $4100 to re-pipe the whole house $6000!!! (we never wanted to do a whole house re-pipe it was being pushed on us). Another plumber quoted $350 to detect the leak, then $125 per hour to stop the leak and fix the leak he guessed about $2800. I refused to take that as a solution.

My husband found Pipeline Restoration in Anaheim their reviews were very positive and they answered the phone after 5 pm. Roy the owner spoke in detail to my husband explained throughly step by step how they will diagnose and isolate the problem. Roy was professional, detailed, patient, and honest. He said with their leak detection it will be 99.9 % accurate in locating the problem. Michael was sent to our home was very polite, professional, and prompt. He called before he came, when he was in route, covered his work area with drop cloths and took genuine care with our home. He was 100% accurate in locating the origin of the leak with his leak detection equipment. He was patient and polite and detailed when explaining each step he would take in isolating and now stopping the leak. My worst nightmare we had a slab leak!!!

We were given an option use epoxy to seal the leak, or reroute the pipe thru the attic. We chose the epoxy method because it repairs leaks in the pipes without tearing down interior walls, it was cost effective, and we also have a 10 year warranty on the epoxy. He quoted my husband a reasonable price compared to other plumbers and we also asked if they can change 2 shower valves and fixtures he gave us a great price for that as well (even though its not in their scope of work). He made small square cuts in 2 walls to get to the leak, I envisioned huge holes when I got home but they were nicely cut with care and precision, small, and precisely in the areas of the leak. He stopped the water leak told us in detail what will happen the next day with the repair and made sure we were happy before he left.

The next day Ryan and Chris came to our home, it was storming and hailing and they had to go in and out of the house to go to their trucks but they were very respectful of our home and didn't leave a mess or complain about the rain. They worked in harmony as a team and focused on getting the job done. We changed 2 shower valves and fixtures because they were dated and even though this is not something in their scope of work they still installed it at a reasonable price and they stayed until after hours to get the job done, then returned the next day a Saturday morning to finish one last very minor step. Again they called in advance, and called again because they were coming earlier.

This company does not take advantage of you, they are honest, detailed, professional, and are very pro-customer. They didn't collect payment until their job was complete. Larry called me Saturday morning for payment and asked if everything was ok, they emailed the receipt and he said he wouldn't charge for the fixture installation until their Tech came out and finished one very very minor last detail. Now I have hotter water, and better pressure

I can't tell you enough of how this family owned company impressed us. We have peace of mind, we were NOT taken advantage of, we trusted them with every step they did. I will refer them to everyone I know and plan to use them again for any leak we may have. The best part is that they were so affordable I didn't need to go through my home owners insurance to file a claim. I am a customer for life = )

My parents property recently sprung a leak in the cold water main underneath the kitchen floor. I contacted Pipeline to have them come out, do an inspection, and provide a quote. Throughout the process of coordinating the repair effort with my parents insurance company, Roy was both very helpful and patient. In the end, the insurance company agreed to cover the entire cost of the repair (which if you're familiar with typical home owner policy, this is not usually the case) based on the approach Roy recommended I take. Thank you Roy, Larry, Michael, and the whole crew for your excellent service! Without a doubt, I'll be calling Pipeline if I ever have need of a plumber in the future.

I called these guys when another local plumber gave me their ""professional opinion"" about my ""slab leak."" Michael showed up to my house early, diagnosed the problem (which was NOT a slab leak), and saved me about $1300.

I highly recommend Roy and his staff at Pipeline Restoration! They found and fixed a slab leak without tearing up my house. When Roy came out he gave us several choices, starting with the least invasive and ecomomical fix. When we made our decision to fix it, he got us on the schedule immediately. Roy and his staff were all curtious, professional and efficient! And they smelled good!
