I had Chris out to fix the water leak in my shower. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing. Great customer service, love this company! Hopefully I won't have to call them again but if I do... I will do so without hesitation! !

I called at around 11am and talked to Bob - what a guy- great sense of humor and explained the problem and was told that he would call me back in 10 minutes as everyone was out on jobs but he would do his best. He did more than his best- he called me back within 5 minutes max and told me someone would be at my place between 2 and 4pm

At 10 minutes to 2pm, my phone rings and Chris tells me he would be at my house within 15 minutes, He was here on the dot. He got out his magic wand and I explained what had happened. This great jovial guy went to work and he found no leaks where the problem was supposed to be. He was not satisfied and went around the house and checked each and every hose bib and found NO leaks. He even made my listen so that I could differentiate between a leak and a no leak sound on his ear plugs. Who does that? He assured me that there were no leaks he could hear.

What a relief. What a company and Chris and Bob are their weight in GOLD

For all this and NO CHARGE - Honest.
In these times, it is almost impossible to find people like Chris

Excellent service from start to finish! As a woman I'm always skeptical when needing services. This company and employees put you at ease. The appointment was made with a friendly voice within 48 hrs. Then Chris came out. Extremely informative and he went over different options to economically resolve my pipe leaking problem. I highly recommend this company to everyone who's needing plumbing services with knowledgable techs and more than reasonable pricing!!!!!

Last week I thought I had a slab leek. I called Pipeline and they scheduled an appointment the very next morning. Chris came out and he was actually 10 minutes early. He checked my meter and all my plumbing and assessed that I didn't have a leak at all. Most likely I had an AC issue. Chris was friendly and informative. I'm grateful for Pipeline getting me an appointment ASAP and Chris coming out right away. If I ever need plumbing work in the future, I would definitely call this company again.

You are going to read lots of reviews and even look for bad ones. These guys made one of the worst moments of home ownership a breeze. Slab leak and hot water heater leaking like mad. 3 days later, problem gone for less than they quoted. Highly highly recommended. Thanks guys.

I had a leak on the floor in my garage behind my garage refrigerator, a smell of dampness in my pantry that backs to the same wall. What it looked like at first glance was a refrigerator issue but there was dirt and sand!! I called Pipeline Restoration and Chris came out to explore! I can't tell you how thorough he was. At first glance, it looked like a slab leak but Chris went through all of the necessary testing and it was not a slab leak. He even looked further to find out what could be causing this leak and discovered it was a very slow drip from the refrigerator in my kitchen.

I can't say enough about how thorough and professional Chris was on the job! Don't hesitate to call Pipeline if you have any concerns about a slab leak. They are honest!

He identified the issue after a thorough inspection with his fancy detection tools (he doesn't mess around). I won't bore you with the details.
