ryan was working from the rancho cordova site using the name ""allstare pipeline plumbing."" i had him do a job for me in my folsom home. it was the job from h#**. what a nightmare. i filed a complaint with the cslb, bbb, his bond company and my visa company. i also will file a small claims case with sacramento county. per the small claims court protocol, i sent a certified letter to his rancho cordova site. it was returned to me with no forwarding address. i also sent him an email informing him of the small claims case and requesting him to refund my money. i have yet to hear from him. the only time i got him to respond is when my visa card company provisionally credited my account for the $2380.00. he stated to me:
i was only plumbing for x customers that have used me before like your self and i have since quit all together . i use to have 15 plumbers working for me and i hated it and thats why i now only do , seo and google places and web design and also do referral business. reason i'm telling you this is because i came to this job because i thought your daughter and you were very cool customers. you doing a back charge on me is horrible business though im fighting it monday morning, i worked my bottom off it took me a day and a half just to jack hammer your broken plumbing that went to the tub . i have complete video and pictures of every step. i did that job and then some . yes i did 5k worth and then some ! i really in your heart that you change your mind i do not know what happen for you to go against me but i sure would like to know. i mean regardless of what your daughter said the you approved or not i had paid two guys to dig up you sewer and had found our that your sewer turned and went under your slab and we had thought it ran under all those trees. you and me had even talked and you said you did not want the big tree out. so the point i'm' getting at is that it would not of ended up a 10 k job but you did not let it get that far so we could go over that. all of sudden you pay me and all hell broke lose. i mean i can't be happily paid when good work was done. see i have been doing this for 20 year and every body is happy until they have to pay out of there pocket, and you say i had the money problem well thats totally in correct because you can never trust anybody with a job bigger then 500 dollars because 1 out of 15 people find a reason not to pay. so that means you got the job done for free.. you pretty much paid for material. also now you know why contractors don't like credit cards. see the differance of me doing the sewer line there was no material cost i was not putting a lot of my money on the job. i really honestly hope you can fix this for what every reason you do not trust me and i'm really sorry you feel like this, but every time i think about it in my head over and over i think to my self how the hec can you be upset with me i did nothing wrong. i think you know that in the back of your heart . again i'm sorry that you feel the way you do but i really hope you reverse this.
because of my claim filed with this cslb, his license has now been revoked. he not only owes me $2450 cash, and $2380.00 charged to my visa but it cost me over $8500 to for the new plumber to repair the plumbing job and the contractor to repair ryan's contracting work to the bathroom. this job cost me $13,330.00. ryan now states he has partnered with sacramento plumbers service. his positive reviews are written either by the use of the myriad aliases he uses or family and friend's names. for example the review listed under lerichard t. is one of the aliases that mr. murray uses. the work ryan did was illegal, fraudulent, malevolent, and unethical. i will do all that is within my power to obtain justice in this case and hope that no one else falls prey this man. anyone who needs a plumber please do not use this company, or any company that uses ryan murray. check with the bbb first. he also goes by pete pierson and other company names stretching all the way up to nevada. please beware of this person, his license has been revoked. please feel free to contact me for details @ theresa@appliednoetics.com.

We had an unexpected backup in our pipes on a Friday afternoon. We live in a house built in the 1950's, have one bathroom, 3 people and 4 dogs. So hairy clogs happen! Another big-name plumbing business said they could not come out until tomorrow. Unacceptable, of course. We did our DIY due diligence, but nothing helped much. So we called Ryan at Pipeline Plumbing. He finished up a job he was on and was at our house in an hour. He was very friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient. He was up-front about the costs, which we feel were reasonable. Great job, Ryan! Thanks a bunch! We will call this business every time we have a plumbing issue from now on.

Bad Luck or Bad Business?

All Star Pipeline Plumbing showed up after contacting a well-reviewed website, ""Folsom Plumbing."" Huh? Well, the water main was broken and we had no water, so we couldn't wait.

Weird - they showed up with a tool box (and babychairs and other household things) in the back of a car. I asked about the truck but they said it was in the shop.
Weird - I asked for a business card, but they had ""just given the last one out.""

Well, they got it fixed, we paid them and they drove away. 15 MINUTES LATER THE WATER MAIN BROKE AGAIN! We tried 5 different phone numbers, from Folsom Plumbing to All Star Pipeline Plumbing, to the plumber's cell, all MAIL BOXES WERE FULL.

At this point we had a geyser in the front yard, it's 11:00 at night with no showers or toilets available. We turned off the water and went to bed.

My husband stayed home from work the next day and dug it all up again. He got ahold of All Star Pipeline Plumbing, who did re-repaired the area they had previously worked on. Now I had a 3 foot deep hole, 3x3 wide in the yard. They promised to come back and fill it in, but as weird as it sounds, they did not, we called 4 times, waited 3 days, and finally did it ourself...

I had a main sewer line that was clogged by roots. Chris came out and suggested I needed a new toilet. First red flag! Long story short, completely incompetent. He charged me $350 to snake a line that didn't even fix the problem. He was to come out the following day with a video line and was a no show. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I called ACE Plumbing and they came out and fixed the problem and installed a clean out valve in a matter of no time.

DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!!! There is not enough space here to write all the problems we had with him. In a nutshell, his business license is suspended, the first plumber who gave us a bid on the project quit the day after he gave us the bid, the second plumber would come to the house to do work and then have to run to get material and then would come back 5 hours later and work for an hour. Then we find out he installed our shower valves incorrectly and Ryan keeps putting us off, saying he'll be out to fix it, but to this day he still hasn't fixed it . Today I called him again and now they have a message on their phone saying they're not taking any calls.

This company had extremely fast service, even after hours. What sold me was the free estimate. Once he found the issue, he gave me a really good quote and even brought up a special offer that I didn't know about. Inexpensive, fast, & reliable service. A+ rating.
